“Meat department is back! Love the store but honestly the meat department had really went down months back. Stopped in to get some steaks and was totally impressed with the meat case! Clean crisp and organized! Rich is first class! I wanted a cut that had sold out that day and he quickly said I can have some tomorrow for you to pick up! Now that's something you damn sure don't get there days!”

“Customer service like this deserves to be recognized! This morning, we had an issue with one of our Exmark zero-turn mowers and I contacted Eric in the service department at Ace Hardware. After I explained what was going on, Eric told me to bring the mower in. Within one hour, they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back in service. As a small lawn maintenance company, downtime can have a huge impact on our day. Thanks to Eric and Brian, we were able to get the mower back in the field and complete every one of our customers' properties as scheduled. A huge thank you to Eric and Brian at Ace Hardware for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and it's greatly appreciated. You guys truly saved the day!”

“Moved here from Metro Atlanta. It's a 20 to 30 minute drive to fast food and grocery stores. But couldn't be more ecstatic to have this Ace Hardware only 5 minutes away, considering I go there sometimes more than once a day. And I always leave there relieved.”

“This is an historic store, which has been in business for almost a hundred years. The Breedlove family recently purchased the store, and while they kept a lot of the historic equipment , inventory and supplies that were in the original store, they have added on two additional rooms, renovated Those portions of the building and added a huge inventory of new products. Chandler and Gavin are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Rutledge Hardware, whether you live in Rutledge or Morgan County, or whether you live nearby. It's worth the drive to get amazing, personal, friendly service by local people. And if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll be happy to order it for you . We love Rutledge Hardware!”

“Thank goodness we went to Covington. We live in Conyers and went to the Conyers store for a specific item. We finally found someone to help us but what we needed was on the top shelf. This associate couldn't get the item but said he would find another associate. The other associate was on that he phone but we heard him tell the associate the situation. The man on the phone never once acknowledged us. We waited 10 min for some help. We finally walked out and decided to”
