“I bought a 4Runner and 2 days later a tree branch fell on the hood and dented it up and cracked a headlight so I brought it here to get fixed. Everyone here was incredibly helpful, happy to answer questions, and kept me updated through the whole process. The end result is amazing, can’t tell a difference in the new paint and the original paint on the rest of the car. They also quoted me for some damage that was on the back of the car which was reasonably priced,($700 when other places are quoting me almost $4000) When I’m ready to get it fix I’ll definitely be taking it back here, they do amazing work, are honest people, and just want to help rather than getting as much money out of you as they can. Overall they went above and beyond!”

“After an accident, the insurance company we were dealing with declared our pickup truck totaled. Since we wanted to keep it, they had this complex, abstruse process that involved dealing with a third party, getting a new title and tag, etc. that we would have to go through in order to simply have the truck repaired and be able to continue driving it. Ryan, the general manager, prepared a new statement for the insurance company that included the fact that there was no hidden damage (mainly new panels and bumper, paint) and showing that the vehicle was under the percentage threshold price-wise and perfectly fine to drive after repairs. But, the decision-maker at the insurance company refused to change the totaled declaration. Ryan went above and beyond by then speaking to someone higher up at the insurance company, who corrected the problem. We were very grateful to have an advocate who knows the dynamics of the industry and was willing to go to bat for us when he recognized injustice. It was a positive experience working with everyone at this Gerber location. I hope I don't need the services of a body shop in the future, but if the need arises I would certainly choose them again!”
“Epy took great care of us!! We needed a replacement of a door latch on our Nissan Versa. Got us in pretty quickly and we waited while the work was done. Reasonable price and friendly service. They do seem short staffed in terms of office personnel, so it can be hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Overall 4.5 stars. ?”
