“I had got in a car accident a while ago, went to a DIFFERENT shop ( NOT D&I ) that did a quick fix and I ended up hating the fix and soooo I Googled and found D&I & saw the great reviews and they helped me at an amazing price. All the other shops I went to were super expensive and the estimate time frame was super long. D&I turn around time was fast, they never ignored me, told (Ashley) me the truth about everything that was wrong with my car & still helped me with a good price.. 2nd picture on the right is their work! “I have taken my car here twice in the past year, both for claim-related repairs where another party was at fault so I was dealing with another insurance. Gerber has made otherwise stressful situations easy for me and the repairs have been quality both times. The first repair was right before I had to leave on a long trip and they completed it very quickly so I would be able to take my car home before I left the trip which I really appreciated. I was in no rush for the second repair but they still pre-ordered the parts and completed it in about 3 days and kept me updated the whole time. They also helped me with a misunderstanding on payment from the other party's insurance company without hassle. Service is great, I don't remember who helped me the first time but this past time was Chloe so shout out to Chloe!”
