“This Thrift Store has lots of nice furniture and home decor plus much more. It's like a higher class thrift store than Good Will and the prices are a little more than Good Will prices, but they have much higher quality items than you find in Good Will.”
“I really enjoyed visiting this location and working with Peggy. She was kind and very patient. However, I wish I could say the same for the manager Emory Simmons. He was very short and not helpful at all. I visited the store yesterday to check out an item and noticed last night that the item was on sale via the website. I returned to the store today to purchase the item for the price listed online and he would not honor it nor did he express any empathy about the situation- the overall customer service was terrible. The store needs more employees like Peggy.”

Omar in Sales is immensely courteous, gracious, professional, patient, and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He made sure he understood my taste and is extremely knowledgeable about the selection in the market, even special-ordering samples for me at no cost because he felt they would be better suited for my needs ... or to prove that one that I was leaning toward wasn't actually a fit for me lol. Moreover, the prices are INCREDIBLY competitive. The installation team is fast and mindful (Jafri also went the extra mile, including locating a watch box I'd misplaced as we were moving stuff!), and their selection is among the widest I'd seen. They don't waste time and money on an extra-fancy showroom, but rather, have an efficient one, and it's clear they pass significant cost savings on to the customer. Additionally, they are the ONLY carpet store I went to that offered the extra, extra-thick memory foam padding, and I went to several! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with this business.”

“Our daughter LOVES her new playground. We got it installed just a few weeks after purchase, which was the soonest anyone could do it as far as we were able to find. The installation team arrived right on time and worked super efficiently. Only took about 2 hours, which was a huge and pleasant surprise. I’m sure my husband could have done the installation mostly by himself, but it was definitely worth having it professionally done. We got the Savannah, which seems to be pretty appropriate for our 2.5 year old with plenty of room for her to grow. Very study and lots of entertaining features. My only complaint is that the bars over the bridge and entry points are very low, so older kids would probably have to crawl to get under it. But it makes it a lot safer for smaller kids like her to not fall off of it. So glad we went with this set and love how we have an easy view of every climbing feature and entry point to make sure she’s safe- Even if briefly watching from the window while the dogs run security. Can’t wait for all the parties and play dates ahead of us and thankful for all the tv time this will replace”
