“Rooms: Large room size. Very comfortable bed. Quite relaxing after a long days drive.Food & drinks: Unexpected dinner. Was hot and fresh. Staff was very friendly and kept food and drinks full and flowing. The breakfast was equally as good. Thanks to all staff at this hotel.”

“What up G-unit, Im J.Marky, and I am Georgia! Five stars across the board you say? I say yes and the reason I say yes is because of the little things that this place lacks in it makes up for by caring and I for one find that pretty dog gone awesome. It kinda gets me right there you know. In a dog-eat-dog world where everyone thinks that there special it's nice to see a place like this that still cares. it’s not the Hyatt Regency OK but for what it is it’s ding dang good. The rooms are fine ok, you spoiled brat, and the location is good. The staff is excellent and outstanding and the housekeeping is on point. I read through all the comments and some of the people who left these low marks need to stay in Arkansas. and as for these people who said it took them four or five hours to check out how about jumping in your car and driving away?They called us the state of adventure this is Georgia.I for one like it here. Nuff Said”

“Super impressed with my experience here. Booking was simple, the room was very clean and spacious. Even received a msg shortly after checking in from the manager welcoming me to the property and asking if there was anything I needed to help make my stay more comfortable.Definitely 5 ⭐️’s all the way around!!Rooms: The room was quite large and maintained very well. With the Murphy bed in the living area, it could have slept 4 adults easily.Nearby activities: Several restaurants and bars within walking distance.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant downstairs, room service and plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.Noteworthy details: My room was a suite that even included a Murphy bed in the living area. The room was quite large and maintained very well.”

“Decent, i suppose. Stayed three nights in an emergency. Front desk receptionist was very nice and greeted me as i came in, service was swift. TV Was broken when i got into the room, appearing to have numerous lines across the screen making it nigh-impossible to see anything. Wifi is about 82mb/sec, which is great. Neighbor was playing music loudly with door open but at least he had good taste. Woke up the next morning for the breakfast and someone had trashed the elevator completely (See attached). It was cleaned within about 2 hours or so. Vending machine had sodas from the beetlejuice promotion in halloween 2024, but they're basically nonperishable so they were fine. Door flap in the machine got stuck though, so i had to cover my hands in unknown blackish-brown grease to get my soda. Room had a fridge and microwave, didn't have any issues with either. Both worked fine and were clean. lights in the room all functioned and shower had hot water to spare. Shower and bathroom were clean and stocked, though the shower was a tad small in terms of width. The bed was extremely soft, which isn't some people's favorite, but i was a fan. Chair was comfortable and had wheels, and the pillows were clean and soft. Air conditioner functioned with both cool and heat options, though i think its thermometer was slightly off by 2-3 degrees. The tiny coffee/tea machine functioned fine, though i'd have liked more than 2 cups and 1 creamer packet in the room. Curtains close all the way and are completely opaque. sink was clean, as were all the mirrors. Security was good, doors have 2 locks on top of the electronic one, and keycards stay magnetized well. all in all, decent place, but appears to, as of recently, attract some trashy individuals, though that's hardly the fault of the hotel itself.”

“I was hesitant on booking this hotel for our Valentine's weekend because of the reviews. But I took a chance. They let me view the room ahead of time. When I checked in the jacuzzi suite it was nice and clean. And the property was very quiet. We had a great time and would stay again.I will say the room is a bit dated and had some peeling paint in the bathroom and the carpet was coming up near the jacuzzi. Neither of these issues effect our stay. The staff I dealt with were very friendly.Rooms: The room I had was clean and looked like the pictures.”

“Very convenient to the highway. Behind a McDonald's is came in handy. Only things I didn't like was that the TV didn't work and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom”

“My wife and I run our own business and we are here almost every week for jobs we get in Atlanta. We have stayed at the studio 6 probably 4 months out of this year already. Not one issue. We never see any bugs...yeah, the rooms aren’t 5 star hotel rooms, but what do you expect for $44 a night? They are always clean. The cooktops are a little slow to heat up, but have always worked. We’ve stayed on every floor of the hotel. One time, we had a room that the ac didn’t work in, and they put us in another room immediately. And to all the people talking about “the crackheads or the questionable people”... you don’t know what people are doing or what they are going through. Maybe you shouldn’t write a bad review on a hotel just because you’re a judgmental person that’s clearly too good to stay in a $44 room. We’ve never met anyone that wasn’t polite as could be. We will continue to stay here as long as we have work down this way.”

“I haven't stayed there, but I love how they are upgrading their hotel rooms to apartments, which to me is better and will keep our the problem crowd.

Safety: They have a great security company that patrols the property.

Walkability: You're close to a few places that are in walking distance.”

“I write this as I sit in front of the lobby in my car at 6:30 in the morning. TERRIBLE customer service just absolutely terrible. And disgusting rooms. Literally only stayed because my husband truly had to rest as we had to drive 9 hours today but we asked them if they would be here throughout the night so we could turn in keycard as we planned on leaving as soon as possible and they said yes and here we’ve been for an hour and a half waiting . We did see a sign on a side door saying to use keycard as lobby is closed 11pm-6am but keycard didn’t even work and again here it is 6:38 am and lobby still closed”
