“Robby is awesome. Very friendly. Very honest. I pulled up right at closing time and he didn’t hesitate to fill my three tanks. $50 for three tanks. Or he said it would have been $18 for one. (I’m sure his price fluctuates with the current market prices for propane). Fast and easy. I paid cash and was in and out if there in just a few minutes.”
“The agents at the counter were helpful and thorough in their work and the gentleman assigned to my truck was kind enough to patiently walk me through hitching my car to the trailer. The truck was incredibly clean and was maintained to near perfection, except the AC. I had to drive across an entire state with the windows down.”
“Not sure about the negative reviews about this location? I would assume like any service industry people don't like anything to go wrong and ping the site with a negative review. The place is obviously successful given the traffic and people using their service. I have used this place multiple times from storage for my father in-law, to my own move. I have have also recently had a tow hitch installed and have nothing but positive things to say about this location and the people there. I would highly recommend this location and i don't post reviews often”
“I was supposed to have a U-Haul rental at a different location, but they called me the day before and moved me to this location. While I was annoyed by the switch, the experience at this location was excellent. Rasheed checked me in, had my pre-ordered items placed in my truck prior to my arrival, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. He was outstanding, welcoming, and added no stress to what was going to be a stressful day with the move.”

“After going through a complete nightmare at Home Depot attempting to rent a truck U-Haul saved my move. A truck was available to reserve easily on the app for pickup within the hour and I was at the check out counter for a total of 4 minutes. I think the $1.00 a mile was a little much but in the end I had to extend my rental for an additional 4 hours and it ended up being $200 in total.”
