Even having a little hiccup with the process, they went beyond any expectations to make it right and I’ll definitely use this location again. The counter staff to the GM, they embody the meaning of customer service.”

“Robby was great! He gave me a quote of $30 to fill my 40lb propane tank on the phone. I went to his business a couple hours later and he took care of me right away. I paid cash since other reviews had noted paying in cash. Easy and fast service.”

“The agents at the counter were helpful and thorough in their work and the gentleman assigned to my truck was kind enough to patiently walk me through hitching my car to the trailer. The truck was incredibly clean and was maintained to near perfection, except the AC. I had to drive across an entire state with the windows down.”

“Not sure about the negative reviews about this location? I would assume like any service industry people don't like anything to go wrong and ping the site with a negative review. The place is obviously successful given the traffic and people using their service. I have used this place multiple times from storage for my father in-law, to my own move. I have have also recently had a tow hitch installed and have nothing but positive things to say about this location and the people there. I would highly recommend this location and i don't post reviews often”

“This U-Haul is located on Highway 92 near at the Hames Road intersection. If you are trying to find the place, look no further than the massive American flag flying...that will direct you right in! We came to this location for the obvious, a truck rental. We had to move some furniture, so we picked up a 15" truck. The truck itself was in overall good shape, with the exception of a minor crack in the windshield that was actually letting water come through as we drove through the rain on the highway. Nothing major, but definitely an annoyance! The location itself is one of the larger U-Haul centers in the area. The store is large and features models of their storage units, a wall for truck accessories, a section of all your packing needs (boxes, tape, etc...) and even a spot for free boxes that were previously used and dropped off/recycled. The store was clean and well laid out. Outside the truck pick up and drop off were well labeled and placed. You pulled through to drop off, someone came out to inspect it and you were on your way. Additionally, this location has propane as an offering. Lastly, one of my least favorite things to do is fill up the gas tank a few miles away and running the risk at being below where you need to be...but not here, as they are located right beside a QT! Overall, solid spot. We had no major issues are service was friendly and quick.”

“I don't know what Amerigas you guys are reviewing. I called at 2:30 on Wednesday, 48 hours after the weather service says in the mid 20's for overnight low and mid 30's for a high just days after high 60's and so I wasn't surprised when Lisa said 7-10 days BUT we will do our best.NEXT morning at 10:a.m. the dogs are barking like crazy and I'm looking everywhere except where my tanks are- THAT you can't be where the dogs see a truck or other cars visiting. Well you could have knocked me down with a feather. I walk around other side of house and there's that big white cylinder tanker truck with that big red bearded driver who is the smilingest guy just pumping away. Less than 20 hrs from phone call to fill up. What great serj8vice. I felt like, if you call at the beginning of a cold snap and don't like the possible delayed delivery promise you get, you can't blame the poor dispatcher. I truly believe that me being friendly and understanding with them gets me good understanding and service in return. Thanks Lisa. Thanks Amerigas.”
