“Rick was great. Rented a 6'x12' trailer. Arrived on pickup date and quickly realized the trailer was not large enough to haul our load. Rick quickly got online, found us a 15' truck and car hauler. Sent us to the location. He credited us with the amount we had already paid for the trailer. Everything was smooth as silk and no problems. Rick and this place are highly recommended.”
“I just had a hitch installed on a Nissan Rogue for a cargo carrier, $250. Made an appointment, showed up and was going to wait while they did it. I barely got my laptop opened and started working on their little waiting area with their WiFi when the guy told me it was ready. Great price IMO, and great customer service.”

“We had one rented online with Uhaul for another location. Showed up to get it and there were none and the place was closed. In a pinch we were able to rent quickly from this location. Very nice employee helped us out and called me directly to confirm. She went above and beyond for sure. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. But she deserves kudos for excellent customer service.”

“This is the best Uhaul experience I have had in all my years of renting with you. Rheem Beer & Wine had the van available as scheduled (no surprises that the van wasn’t available as I’ve experienced in the past). Check out was smooth and quick. Van was clean. The return has always been painful in the past but this time, it was so easy. The lockbox was simple to drop the keys in after parking the returned vehicle. I will definitely choose this location again and again.”

“We had a terrific experience with this location! - I went through Costco, and got an unbeatable rate on a SUV, which meant Jeep for the AWD, as we were headed to snowy NC. The car was pretty much brand new, and we felt very safe going 3,500 feet up a mountain, in 9+ inches of powder. We found everyone we spoke with at this location to be professional, not pushy, and I would highly recommend Budget Truck Rental, if you need a rental car (or truck) and are not near the airport.”
