However they were communicative regarding the delay and the driver that was dispatched was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. They transported my vehicle to the mechanic and handled it with care when they dropped it off. They are also very reasonably priced. “Jacob was a Godsend. Hubby hit a curb & blew the tire. Normally we’d put on the spare but were concerned if the rim was damaged. The big tow company we use takes police calls so it would be hours. He waited & then we found Jacob. He was there within an hour of the call after finishing another tow. So thankful he came to our rescue.
