“We had one rented online with Uhaul for another location. Showed up to get it and there were none and the place was closed. In a pinch we were able to rent quickly from this location. Very nice employee helped us out and called me directly to confirm. She went above and beyond for sure. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. But she deserves kudos for excellent customer service.”

“Rick was great. Rented a 6'x12' trailer. Arrived on pickup date and quickly realized the trailer was not large enough to haul our load. Rick quickly got online, found us a 15' truck and car hauler. Sent us to the location. He credited us with the amount we had already paid for the trailer. Everything was smooth as silk and no problems. Rick and this place are highly recommended.”

They offer an honest assessment of the issues, real costs and never try to upsell or con you into spending more money. If he can't fix the problem, he'll refer you to the best option. Philip has gone out of his way several times to help our business. Will be loyal customers as long as we need truck service.”

“After going through a complete nightmare at Home Depot attempting to rent a truck U-Haul saved my move. A truck was available to reserve easily on the app for pickup within the hour and I was at the check out counter for a total of 4 minutes. I think the $1.00 a mile was a little much but in the end I had to extend my rental for an additional 4 hours and it ended up being $200 in total.”

“The service I received from this U-Haul store and Rasheed specifically was top notch. My trailer lights weren't working and he went out of his way to help me, find the right parts that I needed, and get me on my way. He went way above and beyond what I would have expected. This kind of customer service and just basic human kindness is very lacking in this world so not only do I appreciate how he treated me but I would never consider going anywhere else even if there were better prices somewhere.”
“It was great! No paper contract to deal with. No waiting. The truck was at a gas station so I didn’t have to find a station to refill before dropping it off. Awesome experience.”
“I’ve rented large vans from them several times for large groups of paying tourists. I’ve never had an issue. I see a lot of negative reviews here. But I’ve dealt with them three or four times without issue. Staff has always been nice to me as well.”
“I like them because it's the cheapest place you can rent a nice car from , but I'm only giving them 4 stars because even when you make a reservation they never have a car for you when you get there, I had to wait for them to bring a car from the next location down the street”
