“Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”
“I have been working with Ice Cream Warehouse for over a year now. They have provided the best customer service and ice cream to our school. I wish all of my vendors were as easy to work with and had the customer service standards they do. Our delivery driver and account manager are always on top of whatever I need, whenever I need it. Highly recommend!!!”
