“I went into this location in order to have a small project done that ended up being a bigger task then expected. I needed a couple of special items to have drill holes. The associates RJ and Preston went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. They searched the entire store looking for drill bits that were misplaced. Mr. RJ took his time to drill through the two items I brought. Mr. Preston helped by recommending the proper washers and bolts needed to improve the job. All in all, they spent over a hour and a half helping me with what I thought was going to be a small job. I am really grateful and appreciative that they were able to help me out, as I had already gone to other stores and was not able to get the help I required.”
“I started shopping here at Culpepper's on a regular basis since 2019. The prices are competitive, selection very good and the service is outstanding!! As soon as you walk in the doors someone will speak to you.The employees in every department will try to help you if you have a question. No matter what you need they will happily assist. The big-box stores (Lowe's / Home Depot) don't offer this kind of service. Many times I can't even find an employee to ask for help. Trade local because they want your business. I recommend Culpepper Ace to most of my friends. It's worth the drive.”

“This place almost always has what I want in stock. Things are where they are supposed to be, so you don't waste time hunting through messed up stock drawers. They always have great staff ready to help you if you don't spot what you need right away.
Check out the tool deals bors or your way out. They have some real bargains. Not in this bin, but I found my DeWalt circular saw on sale here. This was a replacement for me. I lent my original to a friend and the price was so right, I bought a new one for me and let my friend keep my old one.
Most times, you can park near the door. Plus, you can easily walk to a nearby deli, pharmacy, or bank. Again, saving you time & gas.
And yes, you can call them and somebody answers the phone right away. Where else does that happen?”

It reminds me of when I was a kid, running around with my Grandpa, to the local Hardware store (complete with wooden floor, 10cent coke machine, and an old jail in the back). “5-stars ain’t enough for these guys! They helped me solve a problem finding a cap for drain pipe of an unknown size that I had rigged up to carry fishing rods on the top of my car. It didn’t matter to them that they knew they were maybe only getting $12 off the sale, it was more important to them that I was taken care of. “I'm an over the road truck driver, who delivered a load to this company and had a very pleasant experience. Driver's complain about delivering loads and having to wait, I arrived and was greeted with courtesy and respect. The place is a little tight backing in but once you get backed in, they unload you in a timely manner. They made waiting bearable. I would deliver to them again. Thank you for making me comfortable while I waited.”
“Always a fun trip to our local Home Depot. But we did have a issue getting keys made. The employees didn't know how to work it. And none of the keys with graphics would work. Would suggest some training on the department. Other than that always a great day when we get to go to Home Depot”
