“The clubhouse was perfect for my granddaughter's first birthday party. Where approximately 75 people were in attendance. The accommodations were excellent. It was located on a lake, so it had a view, and the price was right.”

“Nice place to stay in a part of town with few options. Older home with clean rooms. Enjoyed the tall ceilings and fun down at the Fox’s Lair with wonderful staff. 5/5”

“We had the absolute best experience from start to end with the Windsor Manor team! Christine, our wedding coordinator, made the entire process so easy - she mapped every step out and gave us a timeline to slowly plan the day. Chef's food was stellar & all of our guests loved the appetizers, mains, and cake! Victoria, the bridal assistant, was also a huge help on the day of! If we could re-plan our day, we would choose WM over and over again!!”

“Amazing experience... My 9-year-old daughter went from barely knowing anything about softball to being a designated hitter and receiving calls from teams. All the coaches/trainers at DBat are personable, knowledgeable, and engaging.

However, we must give a special shout-out to Delvis Pacheco, who has elevated not only her swinging and catching, but also her confidence. The future is bright, and we are grateful for the DBat team.”

“Anthony, Gale, and their team are amazing! I have had several events at the Expo center and I can always count on their team to be professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Additionally, the facility itself is excellent! From the industrial kitchen to the extensive banquet equipment selection, they thought of everything.”

“We discovered this place recently and have been back 3 times since. It's very peaceful and the people who stay there are so friendly. We love taking a quiet stroll along the marina.”

“Fantastic show, splendid drinks, and great acting, however felt like we were being rushed while trying to take a souvenir photo and herded like cattle on the way out. Even the usher should have worded it differently. A rather sour ending to a remarkable night. This review was for a FEVER sponsored event and does not reflect on the venue itself.”

“Building was great, owners were so helpful, communicated well if we needed, and I’ll definitely book again if I need to. I loved it and my boyfriend loved the surprise”

“This market has a better mix of food truck type booths, take home food and merchant wares than the one downtown. The one downtown was mainly food truck type booths when I went.
Anyway, today was a lot more busier than when we went a month or so ago. We got the same bread we got last time, some jam to go with it, a bumblebee dragon for my grandson and some BBQ sauce. Everyone is friendly and its just a good time all around.

Just off the top of my head, I saw: clothes of all types for all; leather belts; all types of farm greens and meats; different drink and food trucks: bakery items; soap, cosmetics and luxury items; jewelry of all types from fun , loud and tacky to elegant; dog accessories; CBD items... the list goes on and on”

“We hosted our elopement “reception” here and we had a wonderful time. Overall, I’m really glad that we chose Sugar Mags as our location because the guests loved it and so did we. For the price and location, it’s a great option/experience!

The only thing that I would suggest is allowing people to have an earlier check in time. We paid for early check in (10am vs basic check in time @ noon) and if you are doing a day rental like we did, 10am is a little late. We wanted family to show up at 5pm before our reception started so that we could get professional pictures before everyone else showed up and we didn’t have time to do that. Set up, getting ready for pictures, etc felt really rushed and stressful-which just isn’t ideal when you’re celebrating the fact that you just got married (and paid a lot to do so).

Thank you, Courtney!! We had a blast.”

“It was ? beautifully laid out like the bride & groom wanted. The food was amazing and the service staff was wonderful. The only thing I'd add, being a former server of 20 yrs, is that those with very long hair should pull it up. Especially, working around people's food.”

“This is a very nice and relaxing place on the banks of Savannah River with a romantic view of an old iron railroad bridge on an extreme left side of the place and a very nicely remodeled walking bridge on the other right side of the marina, I stoped at this place on my way down to Charleston and was so surprised on how beautiful quiet and relaxing it was, wish I had the time to spend at least two days in this city to enjoy waking up and walking around this area in a morning, there is a souvenir shop where I got postcards magnets and local T-Shirts. I saw little turtles in the river too”

“Attended my nephew's White Coat Caremony for Medical College of Georgia. Beautiful venue, comfortable seats, friendly staff, plenty of free parking. They have a clear bag policy. So make sure you have one otherwise leave everything in the car.”

“The check-in process was seamless. The representative was very welcoming and provided great details about the hotel. The breakfast selection was typical, and we enjoyed it. What we enjoyed most was that takeout plates along with a bag were offered so we could pack our food and eat in our room. The dining area was set up for the holidays. Our room was clean; however, the bathroom smelled horrible upon arrival—it smelled like sewage water. We had to purchase Lysol and spray it everywhere in the bathroom. The elevator also gave a slight jolt when entering or exiting, which was a little scary and definitely not normal. Overall, I would recommend and definitely stay again!”

“We love this place! No matter the age there is something to paint and enjoy! Our last visit was by far our most favorite. The “pre-k teacher” working made our time the most perfect. She was kind, pleasant, easy to talk with and eager to help all of us with our project. My cactus juicer was actually picked out in her honor… and I’m so glad because it turned out perfect! Thank you.”

“Great stay. Comfortable bed, nice size room. The only problem is had was adjusting the air conditioner. The breakfast was ok. The serving utensils were inside the dish and we're extremely hot. The eggs were running but tasted ok.”

“The bowling lanes at Lanes are definitely in excellent condition and are widely considered the best place to go for bowling entertainment right here in Augusta. It's worth noting that they can get quite busy, especially during peak hours. However, the league nights are a lot of fun and always bring a good atmosphere.”

“Love this location! Right in the heart of anything and walking distance to everything.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The walls are slightly thin though so it can be loud if you have loud neighbors. The water pressure in the showers was kinda weird but not a deal breaker.

They have an attached restaurant that is very good. They also have an attached coffee shack that's open from 6:30am - 10:30am that serves grab and go hot breakfast sandwiches as well as Starbucks brand coffees.

They have a gym, and an indoor and outdoor pool. The gym had a couple treadmills and ellipticals as well as a full set dumbbell rack and a cable machine.

Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.”

“They are still remodeling but they look close to being done. Room is nice and nicely updated and fresh. Lobby is going to be nice. I'm lifetime Titanium and would definitely stay here again with these newly updated rooms and lobby (almost done).”

“We had a very nice stay here while attending the ANWA. Our daughter left something very special to her in the room and the hotel staff, especially lead housekeeper April went out of her way to help us find it! She and the rest of the team are true gems and made our stay lovely. Will definitely be back here during our next trip to Augusta!!”
