“I walked in to this establishment yesterday looking for information on a storage unit. I was greeted by Heather, and I was blown away by her professionalism, and expertise. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and went over, "Everything" from A - Z about rules, policies, and billing, and much more. Heather was very accommodating and offered supplies that might be needed based on the conversation she was overhearing with my sister and myself. To top it off, Heather informed me the U-Hauls are right here on the property and that it was a one-stop shop. All of that sold me, and now, I am a proud new customer!! I definitely want to recommend this storage facility and their U-Haul rentals for your moving and storage needs.”

“I entered the Chevron at Kelly Road to rent a small U-Haul truck on Thursday June 3, 2021. Small trucks were available in the rear of the store, but owner insisted on giving me a medium truck, stating it was a small truck. He kept saying the truck in the middle, I stated small truck, ended up with being charged and given a medium truck which I did not need. After returning back to the store stating it is a medium truck and I requested a small truck, the owner pointed to a chart on the wall trying to further intimidate me. I asked him if he knew the difference between a small and medium truck. This is what bothered me the most he told me that I would never be better than himself. I took a picture of the keys I returned and a picture of him to report to U-Haul He is a cheater and does not care about the people he serves.”
