“I walked in and was directed to the object I needed to purchase. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes. The person at the register was most helpful.”

“As far as Harbor Freight stores go, this one is fantastic. Their stock, compared to other stores, is the best I’ve been to. They honor the “no questions asked” warranties and are very helpful if I ever have questions. They’re careful while loading bigger items into your vehicle, even when using a forklift. Not much else to say other than if you need to go to a Harbor Freight, this one is an excellent store. If I HAD TO pick something to complain about, it would be that they never have scratch-and-dent or discounted tool boxes, but that’s probably because they never get returns due to proper handling of their stock and the ones they do sell.”

“I needed help with bathroom vanities and Veronda was very helpful. She was supposedly to be on break, but she took time to walk me to where I needed to go and she continued to assist me by informing me of what i needed to do purchase and have my contractor pick up the item later. Thank you for the great customer service”

“Customer service is always 10 out of 10! But if you’re going for indoor plants, definitely look over for pest. I had a really bad mealie bug infestation, and fungus gnats all over last time I went.?”
