I want to let Zach and the young man with the new harbor freight hat(nice hat by the way) , That I really appreciate them tracking down a part for me. It was clear to me that the gentleman was busy, but stopped what he was doing , got the the computer and tracked down a Serpentine Belt Tool Kit. “I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”
