“The young man that works the Customer Service desk/register is an excellent representative of your store. He is personable, always greets the customer with kind words and a smile and today, he presented a new idea I felt puts him above the rest. I purchased a few of the artificial flowers, after my purchase he wrapped the flowers as if I purchased a bouquet of real flowers from a flower shop. He tied the bouquet with one of the bags to secure the bundle. A GREAT IDEA. The flowers were not shoved in a bag risking damage. Thank you for hiring him!!!!!”

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left the store, I had a great experience. The greeting I received and the special care I was given by Tiffany and her team exemplified above and beyond customer service. Not only that, after the transaction was complete I received several follow-up phone calls from Tiffany and Mike to ensure I was informed and everything went well for me . Even when I ran into a little situation Tiffany and Mike resolved it and followed up with me again to keep me informed. If there were 10 stars, ld give them all to them . “Ross is one of those kind of stores that you go in when you're not in a hurry they never have enough cashiers but the cashier that they do have make the wait not so bad sooo friendly and Apologetic for the waiting and you can never find nobody to help you pick things on a high Shelf but the prices are good you just need to have a lot of patience plus I had the pleasure of meeting one of the mangers I believe his name was Mr.Edward'sVery nice also Apologize for the wait and I was complaining about the Lack of help And he was on a register Ross need more like ? ? him by the way this Particular Ross was in McDonough Georgia And enjoy your echo to mostly all of them But this particular one What's different A pleasure to shop there”
