“Furniture buying can be a difficult process, but RJ made it easy with his knowledge, patience, and professionalism. He was incredibly patient while working with my husband as he decided which direction the sectional should face, never making us feel rushed.
RJ also knew the products extremely well and took the time to explain the differences between the Morrison and Trouper models. Since we have a furbaby, we especially appreciated how thoroughly he explained the performance testing process and why the iClean fabric would be the best option for our home.
What stood out most was how he gave us space to walk the showroom and look for a matching chair and end tables without hovering, while still being available whenever we had questions. When we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted on the sales floor, he guided us to the La-Z-Boy website to explore additional options.
