“Getting blood work drawn is never a fun thing for anyone but today I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. LORRIE at Alpha Labs in McDonough, GA. Thank God for Lorrie cuz this very sweet & highly skilled young lady immediately put me to ease & got my blood on the first stick. This was the 3rd place I was sent to after my Dr.s office, Quest & Labcorp stuck me several times without any luck. Lorries had been at this for 23 years & is truly the best of the best. I'll always be so grateful for finding her.”

“I deducted a star because the wait times were insanely long and the small waiting room. I expected a wait since we were walk ins, but it was still very excessive. . With that being said, my daughter really needed this blood work done and we got seen without an appointment on the same day the doctor's order was given. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The check-in kiosk was self explanatory and easy to use. The lady who did her blood draw was amazing. She made sure to talk her through it and only poked her once. She was sterile and quick with her work. My daughter (age 10) didn't even feel the needle which is amazing because she was terrified at first. I really feel it was worth the wait to get these tests done for my daughter and to have a good experience that didn't leave her scared or traumatized. My only other complaints are that there was no restroom for the waiting room and the space is so small that it feels a little claustrophobic when it's that crowded. I will use this location again if we need future testing. I'll also update this review with results wait time once we get them back.”
