Sam's Club Gas Station in McDonough is a members-only fuel station that no longer sells fuel to non-members, with prices reflecting member discounts. The station is known for offering some of the cheapest gas in the area, including both regular and premium options. It is often busy, especially on Saturdays, with long lines and many customers waiting to fill up. Despite the crowds, customers generally find the staff friendly and helpful, and appreciate the availability of multiple pumps and lanes, which help reduce wait times compared to other locations. The station is conveniently located near a store that offers quality items and value, with some visitors enjoying free samples and live performances during their visits. Customers also use the store’s app for quick checkout to avoid long lines. However, some mention that prices are not visible from the street, and the station can be quite crowded. One concern raised is about the Sam's Club credit card, which some feel has predatory lending practices, though this does not affect the fuel prices. Overall, Sam's Club Gas Station is a popular, affordable, and friendly fueling option for members.
I always have a great experience getting gas at Sam’s Club. The prices are competitive, the pumps are easy to use, and I’m usually able to get in and out pretty quickly. Definitely one of my go-to places to fill up and save some money!
