“We enjoy using the pet wash station at Midland Tractor Supply and visit about once a month with our two dogs. Staff and customers have always been very friendly and respectful, but our most recent visit on Sunday was disappointing. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and began washing one dog while waiting for the second station to open for the other (one station was already in use). After the second station opened and my husband started washing our second dog, and a woman with a large dog came in the room and left. Knowing she was waiting, we rushed to finish washing, and even tried to find her to let her know the station I used was now open. When we couldn’t locate her, another customer came in and took the empty station. The woman did return about 5 minutes later, left again, and then shortly after an employee came in and demanded to know if we had paid (we had — $9.99 and our redeemed free wash for our two dogs and had our receipt in hand). The new customer (who just walked in) had also paid. She then accused us (and the new customer) of cutting in line and told us we needed to leave because someone had been waiting 45 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and confusing since we were already washing our dogs long before the woman arrived. We had probably been there about 20 minutes total, so we knew it couldn’t have been 45 minutes. Also, we explained that when we went to find the woman to inform her a wash station was open, she was no where to be found. We like coming here, we also like to purchase the 4Health food for our pups, but this experience — especially the way we were treated by an employee — makes us reconsider using this location in the future.”

“Good old-fashioned mom & pops hardware store, friendly service, and had what I needed. They will also order many things they don't normally stock to get you what you need, so just ask!”

“I popped into this shop because I needed to grab a few quick tools to fix a squeaky cabinet door on my camper van. The store was really clean and everything was organized so well that it took me no time at all to find exactly what I was looking for. An employee working in the aisle smiled and asked if I needed any help finding things, which was super nice. The prices were just a little bit higher than the massive corporate superstores, but the great customer service and easy layout made it completely worth the stop.”

“Neat place. Had all sorts of things I would not expect from a hardware store, like the various canned and jarred foods. Would rather come here than home depot because the workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and have way better customer service.”

“Absolutely amazing experience with Ace Hardware! I brought my Zero Turn in because it wasn’t working, and the service I received was beyond what I expected. The mechanic was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed much faster than I expected. You can tell he really knows these machines and takes pride in the work he does. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and without any unnecessary runaround. This kind of service is exactly why I’ll continue coming back to Ace Hardware. Having someone on staff who actually knows what they’re doing and gets the job done right makes a huge difference. If you have a Zero Turn that needs repair or service, I highly recommend bringing it to this Ace Hardware location. Outstanding service from start to finish easily a 5-star experience!”

“Ken Calhoun went above and beyond assisting us. What a gem of an employee! He went above and beyond to accommodate our work schedule since our work hours were not conducive to the showroom hours. He met us there on a Saturday and we were able to pick out our tub and shower and tub faucets. We were a very small residential project, yet he accommodated us with his knowledge and respect! Would recommend.”

“We love HD. And this store is one of our favorites. The staff is helpful, the store is well stocked and clean. And, they are one of very few stores that still honor wounded veterans with their own parking spot.”

“Always a great place to shop. If they don't have it it can be ordered. I always have to have a strict budget when I go otherwise I will buy a lot more than I can possibly carry home. Keep up the good work. Employee are always as nice as the can be, some are knowledgeable some make up for it their kindness. Great combination.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Lowe's on Veteran's Pkwy, in Columbus, Ga. today. I called ahead to make sure I could purchase my riding lawn mower and get it delivered as soon as possible. Denzel, the representative that worked in lawn and garden assisted me over the phone and did an exceptional job. He was able to answer all of my questions and help someone that was in the store in a very polite manner all at the same time. Once I arrived to the store he gave me his undivided attention and assisted me in a very professional manner. My experience here today was outstanding and I recommend this establishment.”
