“Good old-fashioned mom & pops hardware store, friendly service, and had what I needed. They will also order many things they don't normally stock to get you what you need, so just ask!”
“Neat place. Had all sorts of things I would not expect from a hardware store, like the various canned and jarred foods. Would rather come here than home depot because the workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and have way better customer service.”
“I was looking for staples and a drill bit. The employee went to the car with me to make sure I was getting the right bit. He showed me I didn't need the bit for the project. He was right, kind and knowable.I am grateful there are people in this world who still have intergity and take time to go the extra mile.”
“Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Although a relatively small store I have yet to not find what I was looking for in home related products. An example of their customer service was my last visit there. I was greeted immediately upon arrival I was asked if I needed help finding something (I did). I needed a specific small headed screw (2) in order to hang a picture. The employee searched didn’t just direct me to the section, he actually searched for me. In addition, on the way out I needed to buy a bag of sand, which I planned to purchase and then load myself. Another employee walked me outside to ensure they had the type of sand I needed (they did) and offered to load it for me. This is just the latest example of my interactions with their employees over the last few years. My first stop when in need of any type of hardware or supplies.”
“March 8, 2020 completely out of facemasks (I wasn't looking for them, just noticed). Went in for a specific item and it was in stock. Friendly staff, no attitude problems even though 1st Monday after Thanksgiving.
Have never had a bad experience
here.
Aug 30, 2024 here for the labor day sale. The tools that I was after are sold out. Shelves are quickly becoming bare. Still, I spent too much ?”
“I've been looking for a heavy duty water key online and at hardware stores to no avail. Finally went to plumbing supply and they didn't have one so recommended Ferguson to me. They couldn't find one so were going to order one, as I was walking out the door they found one and works like acharm! Bobby Brown was friendly and very helpful.”
“Very helpful in seeking apart for a broken water meter. Unfortunately the part was not the right size and they were willing to order it thank you for your excellent customer service.”
“The number 1 place in Columbus or the surrounding area to purchase welding materials and supplies. Highly recommend them to anyone in need. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous.”
“Just left the home depot in Columbus, GA. The staff in the paint section really took care of me. They spent time helping me in choices for staining my fence. Then they actually ordered it for me on line. A big thanks to Nick fair and Kat Welch.”
“We love our appliances from Fergusons. Beautiful selection! We ran into an issue with our Frigidare oven (4 years later) & the manager Julie was extremely helpful & kind. Highly recommend!”
“We love HD. And this store is one of our favorites. The staff is helpful, the store is well stocked and clean. And, they are one of very few stores that still honor wounded veterans with their own parking spot.”
“Good hardware store , some times is hard to find help there , too many walking around acting busy and when u ask they say I don't work in this area !
Good prices when they have clearance and specials”
“They mostly always have what I need is easy to find what you are looking for and check out quickly I prefer over lowes but each have there own unique items brands etc also each have better deals on certain products so shop around...only major problem i have is buying electrical wire having to wait because thief's make it bad for others but Columbus is 10x better at getting it than phenix city where good luck finding an employee even if they call one you could drive to this location and get it faster”
“We enjoy using the pet wash station at Midland Tractor Supply and visit about once a month with our two dogs. Staff and customers have always been very friendly and respectful, but our most recent visit on Sunday was disappointing.
We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and began washing one dog while waiting for the second station to open for the other (one station was already in use). After the second station opened and my husband started washing our second dog, and a woman with a large dog came in the room and left. Knowing she was waiting, we rushed to finish washing, and even tried to find her to let her know the station I used was now open. When we couldn’t locate her, another customer came in and took the empty station.
The woman did return about 5 minutes later, left again, and then shortly after an employee came in and demanded to know if we had paid (we had — $9.99 and our redeemed free wash for our two dogs and had our receipt in hand). The new customer (who just walked in) had also paid. She then accused us (and the new customer) of cutting in line and told us we needed to leave because someone had been waiting 45 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and confusing since we were already washing our dogs long before the woman arrived. We had probably been there about 20 minutes total, so we knew it couldn’t have been 45 minutes. Also, we explained that when we went to find the woman to inform her a wash station was open, she was no where to be found.
We like coming here, we also like to purchase the 4Health food for our pups, but this experience — especially the way we were treated by an employee — makes us reconsider using this location in the future.”
