“We enjoy using the pet wash station at Midland Tractor Supply and visit about once a month with our two dogs. Staff and customers have always been very friendly and respectful, but our most recent visit on Sunday was disappointing.

We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and began washing one dog while waiting for the second station to open for the other (one station was already in use). After the second station opened and my husband started washing our second dog, and a woman with a large dog came in the room and left. Knowing she was waiting, we rushed to finish washing, and even tried to find her to let her know the station I used was now open. When we couldn’t locate her, another customer came in and took the empty station.

The woman did return about 5 minutes later, left again, and then shortly after an employee came in and demanded to know if we had paid (we had — $9.99 and our redeemed free wash for our two dogs and had our receipt in hand). The new customer (who just walked in) had also paid. She then accused us (and the new customer) of cutting in line and told us we needed to leave because someone had been waiting 45 minutes, which was very uncomfortable and confusing since we were already washing our dogs long before the woman arrived. We had probably been there about 20 minutes total, so we knew it couldn’t have been 45 minutes. Also, we explained that when we went to find the woman to inform her a wash station was open, she was no where to be found.

We like coming here, we also like to purchase the 4Health food for our pups, but this experience — especially the way we were treated by an employee — makes us reconsider using this location in the future.”

“Great service, excellent employees. All my fish but two have died , next morning angel fish dean, 2nd day silver fish n other angel fish. Returned them , water tested, all good, next day spots on fish n another dead one. Told they have ice, never had that in my aquarium, bought ice treatment n began process. The alge eater I had purchased has now died but others in aquarium seem to be OK. Hope so. Thanks Caitlyn for all her help at Columbus. Ga. Petco”

“I'm very shocked at some of the reviews for The grooming department. I took both of my dogs there before and fortunately I had a pretty good experience there. One of the groomers named Roy is actually really really good and good with my pitbull In which I was a little hesitant about. “Pet Supermarket on Macon Road , Columbus, Ga is the place for Pet Food and Accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient. The climate is so relaxing upon entering. I look forward to shopping at Pet Supermarket. There is a major variety of Dog food and play things for my Pit Bull-Terrier. I have made friends there and this is the only Pet store I shop in .
