Even after moving 3.5 hours away, I still make the drive back just so she can care for them—because no one compares to the love and detail she puts into her work. She always listens to my requests and delivers perfectly every single time. Other groomers have ruined my dogs’ coats in the past, but never Amber—she is flawless! My babies come home looking amazing, tails wagging, and literally smiling after their spa day with her. I know they’re not only groomed beautifully but also spoiled with extra love and attention while they’re there. Amber’s consistency, care, and true passion for what she does make her the absolute best in the business. I couldn’t imagine taking my babies anywhere else!

When our older cat developed a kidney problem, Dr. Smith helped us identify a diet that ended up keeping her alive for a good (happy and healthy!) three years after her initial diagnosis. When the end came, they helped us try everything we could. They are thorough and compassionate. We have appreciated them so much, and would recommend them to anyone.
