“I had a great and pleasant experience at this store… Jay S. came over when he saw me confused as I was searching for a desk fan. He was polite and kind and knowledgeable… thanks for a great customer service experience!”
“I just told the cashier here that I don't know why I haven't learned to come to this Dollar Tree FIRST when I'm looking for something! They always have what I'm looking for. Very clean and organized store.”
“My Go To and Love The Girls I Have Met Their always Have helped me and Love cutting up and talking the staff I met. The Store Picked up and Stock up. Keep up the good work staff !! I'm talking about the Dollar General Zebulon Across from Moody's Funeral Home !!”
“Kudos to the employees and management. This is the neatest, cleanest, most well stocked Dollar General that I have seen in years. There wasn't a single cart full of merchandise to be seen.”
“There are six handicap and many free parking spaces. The store is well organized and very clean. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. My Grandma had to buy a nightgown for my Aunt. The price was responsible and the quality was good. Overall, shopping here for simple things is an good idea. But if you wanted name brand things you have to go shopping some where else.”
“All I can say is this store, store #08581 was very clean and looked amazing. Not any overstock on the floor, I was able to move around and not worried about tripping. There were 2 female employees working and both were very sweet, I also told one lady how nice her store looked. Great job ladies!!!”
“Seems like there is one of these on every corner. This one is great for quick trips! Always a friendly helpful staff ready to answer questions or open another registerðŸ‘! Its busy all day but they keep it rockin'! It's never backed-up or slow.”
“This store is always busy!! I feel like, DG could take a little advice and use more staff at one time, in there.. it's a bigger store. I'd have at least 2 or 3 associates, 1 for cashier, 2 stricktly on the floor, and a manager on the register & floor at all times. Then the store could be cleaner / neater, with more signage .. selling thru more product faster & easier. Some Managers of these stores are really great, ((this store for example!)) They /She / He / just dont get enough hours $$ payroll to schedule the staff they need for their store to have enough coverage to do anything .. like pricing, while the store is open, besides help customers & recover.”
“Madison is the best manager the store has had I can actually get everything my list and don't have to go to another store. The shelves stocked which is a big deal for this store. I had so”
“Really Nice people working at Dollar General. Veteran Friendly. Excellent prices on most items. Fully stocked. Plenty of parking & good location. Easy in easy out.”
“The 2 ladies working the front registers were so so sweet! (Halee was cashier) 🙂
Someone had ripped open a product box and I tried to get a different one but I couldn’t find any more of that product that wasn’t also ripped so I decided to just get it anyway. I didn’t even ask her to but she gave me .50 cents off for it. Much appreciated. This is how customer service should be. very pleasant visit passing through getting a few things before I meet up with a client. Will definitely return thank you :)”
