“Came in with my girlfriend to rent a couple bikes to ride the Alpharetta Greenway trail. It was our first time riding electric bikes and the gentleman in the store was happy to give us a tutorial as well as some pointers for our first ride. He made sure to fit us with helmets and advised that the wet weather conditions may be unsafe to ride in due to puddles and mud along the trail. He even went as far as saying it would be no charge if the trail happened to be closed. This showed us that he valued customer experience over pushing for sales.The bikes were in excellent condition and riding the trail was a blast on them. We would have rented for a lot longer than the hour we did if it was a little warmer out.Overall, I highly recommend this place to rent e-bikes at a great price with even better service.”
“I love Atlanta Cycling for its customer service. We’ve bought from there twice and have had great experiences at both Roswell and Midtown locations. We have bought both kid and adult bikes. I love the service we get and how patient they are when helping us choose the right bike. Also can’t beat free tune ups for life!
