“I love Atlanta Cycling for its customer service. We’ve bought from there twice and have had great experiences at both Roswell and Midtown locations. We have bought both kid and adult bikes. I love the service we get and how patient they are when helping us choose the right bike. Also can’t beat free tune ups for life! They also do buy used bikes and we were able to sell one of children’s old bikes. Todd and Elizabeth helped us a lot at this location. Will definitely be back for all my bike needs and have recommended it to others.”

“I have not been in any of the store locations, only ordered online. However, my order was shipped very fast, packaged well, and the items I bought were all very fairly priced below retail. Additionally, my order was shipped with a hand written thank you note. This was so appreciated on top of the already exceptional service and great pricing. Personal touches definitely matter. I will definitely look at High Country Outfitters for my future outdoor goods needs, and visiting next time I'm in the area.”

“Overall, we had a great experience with superior play system. The product is of good quality. The only issue we are having is, we were not aware that the yellow slide attracts so many gnats. When you wipe off the slide within one minute, it is completely covered again. My kids love the place system, but will not go down the slide due to this issue. Our previous play system had a blue slide, and we never had this issue at all. If I could go back, I would pick one with a green slide and never have purchased this one.”
“We are delighted that we happened to stop in and that Dale Sapecky happened to be working the day we did. Dale helped us determine what we needed to meet our goals. I love a good leg press and he helped steer us to one that has super solid construction and works just like the leg press specific ones in the gym. We also purchased a treadmill and an Inspire FT2. The equipment is superb but and the sales and servicing by Mr. Sapecky has been what we have really appreciated. He has gone above and beyond what I would expect. He worked with us to keep it in their warehouse while our workout room was built and then got it delivered when we needed it. I just can't say enough good things about Mr. Sapecky and Premier Fitness Source (Roswell location).”

“This is the cutest store and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. I was able to purchase a couple of gifts for my mother for Xmas and luckily they both fit perfectly so we did not need to return or exchange anything. Their policy varies depending if the item is on sale or not so I recommend if you are purchasing a gift for someone to ask to verify the policy on the item you are purchasing.I will definitely be bringing my mother along the next time I come in, she absolutely loved the items I got for her!”
“Paintball Atl is a really fun place to hang out with friends and family if you wanna shoot them with paint. They have 3 giant courses and you get paired into teams to see which map/terrain you get to go on. I would go again just to have fun and shoot my friends and family.”

“This is the best running shoe store on the planet, I’m convinced. Honestly I have been a nightmare to find a good fit for (difficult feet that are very different shapes/sizes) that will accommodate a litany of old injuries and health issues. Darby has been along for the entire rollercoaster ride and Taylor has been a huge help too. I live over an hour away in rural northeast Georgia and it is so well worth the trip. My husband and his mom have always run a lot and they swear by fleet feet and I am the same way now. I will never buy running shoes anywhere else, period. And this is my store location of choice 1000% hands down.”

“I had a friend buy me a select brilliant super ball for my Birthday in July of 2019. The ball started not holding air properly anymore, going flat within 30- 1 hr of pumping it up. I emailed select support and their Support Person Elizabeth Bell was very quick and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They ended up sending me a new ball free of charge. On top of great support, their balls are of top quality and I cant wait to go kick the new one around.”

“Where have they been all my life is the best way to describe my sentiments. Like literally they have everything second hand you can think of. I did not however appreciate the value they were going to pay me for my marrucci bat that was only a year old. My son only used it for one season and we paid almost $180 bucks for that bat. Play It Again wanted to only pay me $16-23 only to resell it for close to what I paid for it. Nonetheless outside of what they will pay you for your items the place is pretty convenient and can keep you from paying hundreds of dollars on equipment each year.”
“I visited this store back in July and got to meet the store manager, I can’t recall his name but I know he was going on paternity leave in the upcoming months to spend time with his baby. This review is a few months late but as I am wearing my dunks I remembered the kindness and care this manager showed us. He went above and beyond to make a situation right for us. He was a breath of fresh air in a retail shopping world post Covid, considering that most people don’t care to provide good customer service anymore it seems like. He deserves his management role and some. Hope to shop again at this store someday.”

“This is a family owned business that focuses on customer service. They have a wide variety of tennis racquets, shoes, clothing and accessories. They also have pickleball too! Prices are very competitive. They feature one hour stringing, which I have taken advantage of on numerous occasions! They also have a very good demo racquet, selection which allows one to try before you buy! I recently purchased a racquet after trying out several different ones. I received very helpful advice/guidance on racquet selection and strings based on my type of tennis game. I am very satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend Your Serve Tennis to take care of all of your tennis, and Pickleball needs!”
“The Total Pickleball Store in Alpharetta is "Great." Went there today for the first time to look at Pickleball Paddles. Fantastic selection. They have all types of paddles. What was really nice was the fact that they carry in store the Selkirk and Joola paddles that you can have in your hand and see in person instead of wondering what it feels like searching online or You tube. Great store and Great service today. Bought my Joola Ben Johns from them today and Very Pleased!”
“Marc at Soccer Post has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We have a small soccer program of around 300 players from 3- 15 years old. He was able to put together a great looking uniform, different color combinations and organize the entire league by team. This left us to simply hand out the uniforms to the coach for disbursement. We also were able to purchase a paint sprayer, corner flags, goals, referee apparel and several other odds and ends and he made it so simple. We gave him our budget and he made it work. I couldn't have pulled this season off the way we did without Soccer Post! This palace is truly a one stop shop for everything that our league needed!”

“I have always had wonderful customer service at Academy sports I have to say. However, today that was not the case. I called Academy to ask a member of their customer service team if they could please check a 30% off rack (I gave details of the only four items that were on the rack in 4 colors and explained the exact location of the rack) and I ask if they could please tell me if they had a particular size because I had purchased one size too small the day prior. I spoke to a lady named Anna Elise. I explained, and she tried to put me off on looking on the website… And then explained how I could order the right size and then I could have it sent to the store, then bring the item I had back in and exchange for them once they came. All that is fine and good if they didn't have the size in-store ... however, I did not want to go to that trouble if they had the actual item there. I asked her could she physically go look and she told me she could not do that right now. I asked her if she could possibly get me someone that could do it, and apparently there was nobody else that could according to her. She ask for the sku number on the pants. I gave her the number on the tag but I told her that giving her the SKU number and having her look them up in her system would not give me the answer at 100%... I explained that I've had people do that before and then you go to the store and the item is not there or they can't find it. So I wanted someone to physically look before I drove down there. That's so simple to me. I understand if she was the only person maybe at the register, but put me on hold and find another customer service representative to go check maybe?! She did everything in her power to avoid helping me. I was absolutely blown away when I hung up the phone. Why was my request so difficult? I was very disappointed.***editedI called back to the store again and spoke with someone named Aiden and he was super glad to help me and was extremely nice and polite ..He went the extra mile and even apologized and said that the girl that I dealt with was on the register and she probably couldn't go look at the time... I told him I understood completely about that. I just wanted her to maybe put me on hold and find someone else… he agreed that she should've done that, but he still apologized for her doing it and helped me out. ?”
