Over experience is good but except for one time and only with one of their staff member (old guy), he doesn’t know how to talk to customers and he’s very rude, may be because he’s old

I’m shocked there are so many negative reviews about this cvs. I’ve been picking up my prescriptions here for several years and haven’t experienced any customer services issues. The drive thru has long lines sometimes, but you can just walk inside during those times.
