“I ordered a cake for my mom to help her out for my 5 year old brother's party today. Mom went to the Publix to pick up the meal and cake. The Deli customer service was 5 star. The Bakery Manager ability to rectify the situation is a 5 star. The cake online looks good and professional. Being that mom worked in the bakery and talks so highly of the skills, I ordered a Black Panther Warrior Cake. This cake looks very in unprofessional. The bakery manager was great to Mom and offered to completely remake the cake. We just didn't have time to do it over. He gave a discount. Mom brought the cake home. Everyone at the party complained of the cake. It tasted bitter and like hand sanitizer. You be the judge ..... I know Publix could've done better. I also uploaded the picture of what mom expected the cake to look like with the last two pictures, and what we received with the first set of pics. We returned the cake and bought cupcakes. The Bakery Decorator gets 1 stars for effort. If you're not able to do something, Be Honest!
The bakery manager was pleasant and willing to make it right. I wish we had more time for him to remake the cake. Mom told me how pleasant and helpful he was. Thank you Sir! I hope the next cake order is better than this one.”

“Two nice ladies have come to me to draw my blood for integrity to prepare my eye drops. Both have drawn blood excellently without pain and on the first try. They deliver my blood to. Integrity who make my eye drops from part of it and send them to my home quickly. They’re always well pack in a cooler with ice packs to keep them frozen with a temp gauge to warn me if they overheated. All first class care and the drops are fantastic. I don’t know I ever did before then.”

“The pharmacy I visited was exceptional. They took the time to educate me about a medication that had been recalled, providing detailed information on how to identify the manufacturer. Additionally, they administered my initial two doses of the COVID vaccine. The only drawback is that they are not located in Walton County, which would have been more convenient. Interestingly, there is a closed pharmacy named "Loganville Pharmacy" in Loganville. Perhaps it would be worth considering opening a branch there to cater to the local community.”

She is an emissary, ambassador, and liaison to Publix Pharmacy and I am extremely sorry to see that she was apparently transferred to another location which unfortunately is too far for me to travel in order to get my prescriptions filled. Sarah should be cloned. Publix and Publix clients are blessed to have her. Frank Young”
“Normally, I don't have any issues with this location. 99 percent of the time my experiences are pleasant, however; that was not the case tonight. Naleah our cashier had a bad attitude and she was not very competent at her job. She originally charged us for my husband's ensure drinks and placed them in the bag. My husband was standing near the cart. She goes "is this together?" I said "yes" but that pointing over to a child placing groceries on the conveyor "is not". She then takes the ensure drinks out of the bag and voids it. I tell her, "ma'am , those are ours. " My husband even said that as well. It took us about three times for her to realize that it was our purchase. She then had an attitude about that , you could tell by the look on her face. I had some gift cards and was trying to scan them and she got impatient. I told my husband " maybe she needs to scan them ", she goes slide the card. We did and it worked but her entire personality just made me feel like she wasn't wanting to be there or deal with us. I gave it four stars because In general, the store is good, just not that cashier.”
