“I cant thank you enough to the owner of the store Mr. Dan for awesomeness customer service. He helped me get all the ingredients for making Egusi Soup. I mean this place is CLEAN and the ingredients you are looking for African dish are available here. From the meat(Goat meat, cow feet, Smoked Fish) to the spices. I highly recommend this place. Mind you guys this is my first time to cook egusi as me and my daughter was craving for it. I was right to pick this place to get what I need. Godbless Mr. Dan ??”

“This is a small place but they have a wide variety of Middle Eastern and Pakistani/Indian groceries. Their halal meat options include beef, chicken, goat, and lamb, and their butcher is really good. Their prices are very good, too. The service is really nice and friendly. Highly recommend.”

“4th time ordering their cookie cake, this is the best place to get your cookie cake. Better than the famous chain. I ordered it from the famous chain cookie cake place and had multiple times at other parties, their cookie cake always very thin, and if you get the piece closer to the middle, they are usually under baked. But the bakery from this Publix never failed me.”

“I ordered a cake for my mom to help her out for my 5 year old brother's party today. Mom went to the Publix to pick up the meal and cake. The Deli customer service was 5 star. The Bakery Manager ability to rectify the situation is a 5 star. The cake online looks good and professional. Being that mom worked in the bakery and talks so highly of the skills, I ordered a Black Panther Warrior Cake. This cake looks very in unprofessional. The bakery manager was great to Mom and offered to completely remake the cake. We just didn't have time to do it over. He gave a discount. Mom brought the cake home. Everyone at the party complained of the cake. It tasted bitter and like hand sanitizer. You be the judge ..... I know Publix could've done better. I also uploaded the picture of what mom expected the cake to look like with the last two pictures, and what we received with the first set of pics. We returned the cake and bought cupcakes. The Bakery Decorator gets 1 stars for effort. If you're not able to do something, Be Honest!
The bakery manager was pleasant and willing to make it right. I wish we had more time for him to remake the cake. Mom told me how pleasant and helpful he was. Thank you Sir! I hope the next cake order is better than this one.”

“I love the desserts here. The strawberry cake is so good.
My only problem are the large oatmeal raisin cookies (sold in packs of 3). The cookies are often sold out. So I am forced to purchase individual large oatmeal raisin cookies which are often a moderately dry and stale tasting. I have tried the single cookies on multiple occasions. I drive a long way to get to a Fresh Market to get only the large oatmeal raisin cookies. I even called ahead to check if oatmeal cookies are available.
Please---please ensure the Oatmeal raisin large cookies are fresh regardless if packaged in lots of 3 or singularly or in boxes of small oatmeal raisin cookies. This issues is why I cannot give 5 stars.”

This Venezuelan food store is absolutely delicious and truly authentic. They offer a wide variety of traditional Venezuelan foods and snacks, and everything we tried was full of flavor and made fresh. The tequeños were perfectly made and cheesy, and the cachitos were soft, and flavorful.
You can really tell they care about quality and tradition. The flavors are spot-on, the food is comforting, and it’s a great place to visit whether you’re Venezuelan and missing home or just discovering Venezuelan food for the first time. Highly recommend stopping by and trying several items — you won’t be disappointed!”
“Dropped by this Supermercado last weekend. First off, locally made flour tortillas, next freshly made chorizo and Al Pastor marinaded pork from their meat counter, also picked up some Crema de mesa(table cream) from Honduras, and frozen taquenos for snacks. A very nice sized Grocery store with items from Mexico, and many South American countries. A great alternative to big box grocery chains with lots of options to add spice to any home kitchen.”

“I placed an online order weeks ago for my daughter’s birthday. It was a large order but the store managed to get everything right. Everything except my order of chicken. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the chicken in the middle of my daughter’s party. I was very annoyed about that and it seemed at first nobody helped me. But this young man named Justin was God sent. He calmed me down and assured me the chicken will be done soon. His customer service skills displayed empathy and compassion as well as kindness. I was so frantic throughout the day but he was a calming spirit and I appreciated him so much for it. Justin please continue that customer service and helping spirit.”
