“Just started at OTF Milton since Alpharetta closed for remodeling. I remember Jess when she first started but have not seen her in sometime. She is amazing, energetic, and truly cares about the people taking her class. The place is bright, extremely clean, and just a great place to start the day. A great find, a little further for us but worth the drive.”

“Employees are courteous and helpful. Facility is clean. It is a non-intimidating environment. All fitness levels would feel welcome here. There are down times if you prefer less people in the gym like I do. If you are a black card member, you can bring a guest with you, as well as enjoy extra amenities.”
