“Everyone at the store is always kind and professional. They take time to hear about your pets needs and try to find the best solution for you. I came in looking for a brush because my dog had recently started shedding a crazy amount and not only were they able to help me, but one associate, who is also a groomer, was able to discuss the peculiarities of my dog’s breed and offer extra insight into her care. Walking out the door, I thought to myself, “THIS is why I shop at my Hollywood Feed.””
“Our dog loved boarding this past week. She came home happy and wagging her tail! From all the pics posted on Facebook we didn’t have to worry because we could see she was enjoying herself. This is her second time boarding and she loved it. They also offer daycare which she has also tried a few times and enjoyed as well. The staff is courtesy and kind as well as knowledgeable. All emails and text were responded to quickly. I highly recommend!!!!”

“We bought all of our aquarium accessories from this location during on a week night and went back on a Saturday afternoon to get some fish. The store manager, Steve and staff (Mal) were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both times were pleasant experiences. I think the prices are comparable to PetSmart. They have some cool stuff here. Store looked and smelled clean to me. Tons of parking in the center.”

“Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”

“We took our 2 dogs today to get bathed and we were so impressed with the groomers. So sweet, kind and thoughtful. Our oldest has cancer and he is having surgery on Tuesday to hopefully remove it. We wanted him to have a spa day and these women were SO happy to treat him! We love taking our dogs to Petsmart for spa days. Today was special. The people that work here are true animal lovers. “I ordered a Prescription Diet flavor my cat with kidney disease hadn't tried before. Unfortunately he not only didn't love the taste, but it didn't agree with his stomach. Petco rep sent me a replacement bag of the "old flavor" at no charge & advised that I could donate the rest of the almost full bag to a shelter or take to a store. Also gave me an additional credit because based on previous slow delivery I thought I might need to buy a small bag to hold me over. A good experience overall, would have given 5 stars if I could have gone to a nearby store to buy an 8.5 bag rather than having to wait for it to be shipped.”

They went above and beyond helping me to get my hamster food even checking in the recent shipment to get me early access for my dwarf. I call that amazing service and willingness to help the customer something not all stores are like. Lovely environment, only issue I did have is that their fish tend to get sick easily. other than that 10/10 for their service and price match is superb.”
