Extremely unprofessional with lack of knowledge of their jobs or common decency. Jasmine needs to be fired. I have spent my day moving my Money and cancelling credit cards as I have no confidence in the safety of my money after the childish voice mail and behavior from Jasmine.

Went in to open an account sat for over 40 minutes as I watch two bankers leave for the day, only one acknowledged me saying someone will be with you shortly. After 45 minutes the lady behind the glass asked that I come back and make an appointment. I will be closing all my accounts and bank with another institution.

Opening account for child. Told to come in any time. Got there and was told no one could help, set up appt. Did that, showed up, told they couldn’t honor the appt since they were short staffed. Banker was rude and offered no reasonable solution. This is not acceptable.
