Opened checking account with Pinnacle bank and everyone was super nice. Maxine opened a account for my daughter and myself. She went above and beyond to explain everything. She is the sweetest. I have never been treated this kind at any other bank. I highly recommend Pinnacle.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out…. The people are so nice and professional. I should have opened my account years ago…. That was my fault.. Maxine Took care of me opening my account and she gets a 5 star. Everyone in Monroe @spring street location deserves a BIG 5 star. Thank you so much!!
