“I recently relocated to the area from Florida and needed to obtain documentation showing my new address, so I visited the nearest branch. I did not expect the level of exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, the security guard kindly held the door open and asked how he could assist me. Shortly after, a staff member warmly greeted me, asked what I needed, and guided me to a teller named Candace who helped me promptly.
Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and welcoming. The experience truly stood out to me. Having worked in customer service for many years, I can honestly say I have rarely experienced such “red carpet” or “white glove” treatment.

“solid bank ! been here 6 plus years . not one problem on the bank's part , my only problem is overdrafting ???.. Victoria did me a solid reversing a batch of fees. i think they only allow 1 per year but i try to keep everything in good standing”
