“My stay was 17-22 September 2023 on a business trip. Myself and another co-worker stayed in this area. I’m glad I chose this area. I heard some of the complaints from other at other hotels. I enjoyed having a kitchen, scanning to get into parking area and I was familiar with area. I could take the backway (off major highways) to get to location of business. The hotel staff was excellent, helpful, pleasant and professional. The grounds were nice and it had a little mini golf in back. I enjoyed the three days of social. I did not have to find dinner for three days. Hotel was pretty quiet on my floor. I’m a clean freak, did have to wipe things down but the only major con was the couch. It really needed to be cleaned. I took the extra sofa-bed linen to cover the couch in order to sit on. Also in the bathroom, I had to pull that mat up to clean under it and clean vents as well. Also had a time working with their AC/heating system. Lack of place to hand towels or wash cloths. Breakfast had both hots & colds and was suffice for me. Worked out in the gym and appreciated leg machine. Overall, it was a good stay, housekeeping needs to pickup their game. Felt comfortable and safe, and most hotels in the Atlanta area will be charging for parking.”

“Convenient to the airport and the rooms and service were top notch. No noise is heard from inside of your hotel room so no concern needed regarding how close the hotel is next door to the airport and the noise. It is so quiet and peaceful. Great visit!”

“Truly one of the worst experiences.Transfer: you have to call, so if you don't have an American SIM, it becomes difficult. The service only leaves from the domestic terminal, but I'll tell you this later. So count about 1.5 hours for this blessed transfer.Rooms: hair on the bed, dust everywhere and a deafening noise of cars and planes. It seems that the glass is not there. It smells so bad, as we read from other reviews, as there is no opening window.Breakfast: a shame, not even worth commenting on. Among other things, it ends early in the morning, so find out carefully based on your flight.Staff: at the reception the most lazy person ever met by us who spend at least 150 nights in hotels a year. We really didn't understand why she was so unwell at 4pm when we arrived, only to then realize that her shift ended at 7am the next morning.Warning: they don't want to use contactless even with Google Pay and credit cards require a pin and not a signature here. For Europeans and other countries accustomed to using technology in a normal way, this can create many problems.Location: in the middle of the highway, the hotel has no restaurant. You can eat McDonald's (this one is horrible), Wendy's or Mexicans that don't exactly look inviting.We also had a reservation for the return trip from the Bahamas, but we canceled it and will sleep at the airport which is better.Rooms: Noisy and dirtyNearby activities: None!!!Safety: Low perceived security, but it could have been an impression, I don't know. It's probably just a very picturesque neighborhood of African AmericansFood & drinks: Only fast desolate funds nearby”

“The location is okay, but it is hard to see from the road. Some brighter lights would be helpful. But the hotel is well appointed and the front desk is kind. I was a little surprised when housekeeping came at 10a when check out is at 11a. It was awkward.Walkability: Really can't go to any restaurants or shopping without a car”

“We just spent the night on our way to our home to Florida. We chose Drury Morrow because of its close proximity to I-75 and being pet friendly (we have 2 kitties). I cannot say enough good about this place. We were greeted with smiles, the room was spacious and clean, and they feed you very well with free hot breakfast AND dinner! We mentioned the A/C was leaking cold water, soaking the carpet under it and under the desk. They said they were sorry and asked if we wanted to change our room. We declined since we were there just for the night. They said they would "comp" our room then. We told them that was really not necessary, that we just wanted to let them know so it could be fixed (and so they would know it was not our kitties fault...they had their own litter box which they both used). But the very kind lady at the desk insisted she comp our room! Now THAT'S customer service! 5 star all the way. ?”

“I stay in Atl a lot. This is one of the cleanest well run hotels I have stayed in. The staff is so friendly and everyone goes out of their way to help you. The entire staff had a smile on their face. I will be making this my new place to stay in Atl. Well done staff.”
“Missed our Spirit flight in the morning and had to spend the night in ATL for our next flight at 10pm the next day. Easily booked a room online, the shuttle to and from the Inn was straightforward although when waiting for the shuttle to go back to the airport you may wanna wait outside the Inn, sometimes the shuttle driver does not announce they are there. Front Desk and Staff were very kind. Can't beat the free food and beverages offered in the morning and evening in the dining area. Check out was at 11AM but the front desk kindly allowed us to stay until 1PM with no extra fees after asking. Back to back great experience at this Inn, would 100% stay here again. Turned my bad day around for the better thank you!!”
“Eric was great, clean rooms, great service. Rides to and from airport and you can also pay to leave your car on site. Only draw back it's not quite planes fly over hotel about every 5-10 minutes. We will be back that doesn't bother us ?”

“Have been coming here for some years. Great location. Right off of the highway. Has good food options within walking distance. Rooms were clean but could have been cleaner. Ex: Carpet needed a good vacuum and a deep clean. Top of the dresser was dusty with some trash underneath the TV. But otherwise we had a good stay. The pool was open and a nice option. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Didn't care for the shower. It had no door or curtain. But it was clean and the water was hot. ?Rooms: Were clean but dusty. Carpet needed a good cleaning.Safety: Felt safe.Walkability: A Lot of things within walking distance. Food, parks, Porche Center.Food & drinks: Taco Pete's front door is like 10 steps from the hotel lobby. Great Tacos. Also IHOP, McDonald's, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, and other food places within walking distance.”

“These photos do not do any justice. This hotel was absolutely beautiful and super clean. You can tell that everything is updated and fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast options include pastries, waffles, cereal, coffee and orange juice, along with some hot food which included eggs, gravy and hot biscuits. It is also affordable and just an hour outside of altana! Overall wonderful stay”

“The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The free breakfast was great. The uphill curve to get to the front entrance was a little tight with our trailer but there was room to park and possibly easier access from a adjacent lot. This was a perfect stop on our way to Disney World!Rooms: So many outlets and USB ports!Food & drinks: I loved the fluffy eggs, hot biscuits & gravy. The convenience stand was well stocked with snacks & microwave meals.”

“Having had a delay in my flight from Paris to Atlanta, I missed the connection to Nassau and had to find a hotel for the night. It was the Renaissance hotel. The room rate seems to be overpriced. In addition, it is a shame to push pettiness to the point of surprising the customer with billing for wifi. Also, the Asian waitress at the grill insisted heavily on getting a freebie that I didn't want to pay. I don't think I will repeat my experience with Renaissance.”

“The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and they serve a hot continental breakfast every morning from 6am to 9am. The rates are reasonable. If you need a handicap accessible room it is best to book in advance because they fill up fast.Safety: I felt safe at this location as there were no riffraff hanging out and no one playing loud music in their cars.”

“The staff member was asleep when I arrived. But I can't hold that against her, it was 5am!The room I was in was comfortable, but small and the seat was old and cracked. I did see in some other rooms which looked to be in better condition. I also didn't have a pillow or blanket, but they are available if you ask.Used my priority pass, which was great. Definitely recommend it if you have an hour to kill and are a priority pass holder”

Airport-20min, Southlake Mall-10min, Tanger Mall-20min,Atlanta-20 min, Macon - 25 min ,Bars and clubs- 5 min or 20 min!Six Flags-20min, and. ..A restful night sleep- only 20 min away when u are at SleepWell in Stockbridge ga.Rooms: Clean,spacious, rooms. Some have large refrigerators. All have microwave. And supply soap and lotion! Hard wood floors, clean. And Ac/heat units maintained and work well.Nearby activities: Hip Hop club In walking distance! Bounces!! Frid and Sat night near SleepWell. Get your party on!Safely get home! Just go a little ways to your hotel room. ! No need to get in your car! No need to drive or get any rides! You could crawl if you had to! And Sleep! Well! Then wake up and get home safe!Safety: Staff watches parking lot, and entire area is on recorded vid all the time! No insidence to report. Several stays. Sometimes with vehicle, sometimes dropped off. Walked to get things I need. Never felt unsafe.Walkability: McDonald's, Ollies, Golden Corral, KrispyKreme Donuts, and Taco Bell, in sight walking distance from your room.Less Then 1/2 mile walking distance: Walmart,Ocharleys, IHOP, Zaxby's, Goodwill shoppingFood & drinks: You will have snacks, and a drink from vending. Some Tylenol, a toothbrush and even a razor.. Right there in vending at the office. But if you need.. More then that, just go a few more feet to the store across the parking lot! Or .. McDonald's, without even having to cross to street.Noteworthy details: Housekeepers are polite and not pushy! Privacy respected and if the room is respected, your things are also respected! Not questioned and not judged! You are given the respect you give!”
