“Nice, clean friendly place to shop always have the freshest vegetables and seafood.Good for sending and receiving Western Union and getting money orders. A little bit more pricier than the other grocery stores, but the items and groceries you get are really fresh.There deli and bakery are amazing with custom made cakes free cookies for the kids.Sandwiches and salads made fresh to order you can even buy subs and salad with SNAP. Plus they have a hot bar and soups.”
“Great store, friendly staff wide selection love the prices on the meat and other items. Do not like that They charge a 10% extra sales tax on top of the normal state tax for getting items cheaper. amazing bakery cakes made to order. the deli always has fresh hot food and can cut your sandwich meat and cheese to your liking. They also serve breakfast first thing in the morning and lunch throughout the day. Food price is based on weight and they have a separate salad bar. They can also cater events and parties on short notice and food is always ex excellent .produce section Always nice and clean. Sometimes the salads are wet and need to be thrown away.”
“My Mom told me about the prices. I did not believe her. The name fits the business. We save more at Save a lot than Walmart, dollar general, dollar tree. Our dollar matters here. And for that, we are grateful for Save A Lot and the employees.”
“My husband introduced this store to me about three years ago. We come here often and the people are helpful. I love getting my Mexican sodas here (apple is my favorite), and on Saturdays and Sundays...THEY SELL FRESH CHICHARRONES!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️”
“My husband's favorite place to have his fish cleaned. A family owned and operated seafood market with a good variety of fish and other offerings. And if you don't want to clean your own catch, they provide that service too. Definitely recommend.”
“I always shop at DG in Funston, it's close to home and when I can't get to town I can get food supplies and toiletries. The people and customers are always so polite, the staff's help is wonderful. It's a clean store , so grateful that it's close to home!”
“I'm only giving it a 5 because it wouldn't be fair to give it anything lower but I didn't go here and there is no way to say I didn't go here with out removing all dollar general store visits from my timeline. Just because I didn't go to this one doesn't mean I didn't go to other ones at other times.”

Was sitting in the parking lot earlier, in the rain, he's still going back and forth with those blue containers stacked as tall as he is, and this fellow isn't short! Kudos to you sir!”
