“A1A Solar installed my system 3 years ago. Changed my internet modem and couldn't reconnect. Had an appointment for 12 days later. No problem. The day of the appointment there was a staffing issue. I understood because I have had those issues. Pushed my appointment 3 days later. Received a call the next day from the assignment supervisor, that he can send technicians to my house because of the weather. I said great and who am I expecting. He said Nick and Carlos. I said great that's who installed my system. They connected me in less than 20 minutes. They're a great team. Jason the IT tech, was great too. He tried to instruct me through the problem. It didn't work. He made my appointment. And then he checked on me the day of my appointment.”
