“If I were able to give them 100 stars I would. We went and bought a bedroom suite at Ashley Furniture, and unfortunately fell for the “Why waste time going to a mattress dealer when we have the best here, discounts and price matching, it’s a one stop shop!” Well the 2,000 mattress (that was not price matched) felt nothing like it did in the store. So after no help from Ashley Furniture store or the “higher ups” we took a loss and went to Mega Mattress. Really regret not going there first!! Candy and Kent helped us find our PERFECT mattress! If only every sales person had their kindness, patience and honesty! They were not pushy, gave us the good and bad of the mattresses, and were not in it for the sale. Not to mention, prices are GREAT!! Thank y'all so much for helping us, we caught up on lost sleep and will tell anyone to come see y'all. We are forever customers!”

“I placed the order for my washer and dryer and then decided to place the order for a dining room set also. This was all Memorial Day weekend which was awesome because they offered some GREAT deals. I would give 5 stars, but I have used this particular Aaron’s before and they ALWAYS send just 1 person out to deliver my appliances KNOWING there is a flight of stairs. I work an 8-5 and the last thing I want to feel is guilty for after a long day of work is not helping the company with the delivery when they know it is a TWO person job. Last time my walls got scuffed up and that’s was with me helping the ONE guy. If these guys are having to unload and carry appliances up a flight of stairs ALONE they need to get a raise. Me being the type of person I am… I felt so bad for the guy doing this all ALONE that I helped with the delivery I PAID FOR because this man could not do it alone even after I worked ALL day. To add to everything which should make this review lose a star, but I’m generous, the dining room set I ordered won’t be delivered until tomorrow because THE DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO PUT IT TOGETHER. My thoughts are if the item is AT your store you should have an associate put it together and prepare for delivery. I’m now going to have to miss more time at my job to probably help unload and put together an item I PAID FOR DELIVERY FOR. This Aaron’s location has gained some very nice employees, but the communication needs some work for the delivery process.”

“We can't blame the staff for all the clothes being thrown all over the place. They are not the ones not putting items back where they pick them up from. The staff cannot just follow each customer around the store to pick up after them. If they did they would of accused of labeling people as theives. So about all of you blaming target staff just throw your own trash away and put items back where you find them. Also, go online and apply for a position where you maintain the clothing areas.”
