“we just went to Russell Cellular in Newnan and couldn't get them to help us. Drove to Verizon store in Newnan by Ashley Park. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and given a wait time. The lady who helped us went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectation! We are an older couple and needed help activating our new iPhone with an E sim. Thank you Christain!!!!”

“I would like to share my appreciation for the customer service at Spectrum; NEWNAN location (Wertz Industrial).April is a kind and caring employee who took her time assisting me with a complicated number swap. April got on the phone with Spectrum when another employee suggested to just let me go home, call Spectrum and have them help me. However, April opted to really resolve my issue, instead of rushing me out of the store as inferred by the young man. After her display of patience on the phone with the other representative, April was able to efficiently and effectively come to a solution. The other female employee, also offered her help and shared positive energy. Their informative, inviting environment encouraged me to also purchase an Apple Watch!At one point in our visit, my daughter became upset with tears since her backup files did not seem to carry over. April was filled with sympathy and told my daughter, “don’t worry, we’ll get it,” while patting her on the back. Then April spent another 10-15 minutes troubleshooting, retrieving information and resolving the matter.This experience stood out to me because in such a world riddled with rushing, anxiety and instant gratification, April took her time. She cared for my daughter and I as if we were friends. Personally, I feel like April should be given a position in which can ensure the store is managed with care on a consistent basis. “I lived in an expensive apartment community in PTC prior to moving to a 3-level condo in Newnan. I had "extreme" wifi in PTC which never delivered as advertised and wasn't compatible with my smart tv. I thought all issues were over when I opted for ATT upon moving to Newnan; however, the fiber optics ran the prior year were not yet available for my condo, and the copper (coax) was supposed to provide 100mbps download speeds. Needless to say, I never received 100mbps on any device, or cumulatively for that matter. It turns out that the outdated router they provided was not capable of dispensing that bandwidth. In the following months, I received excuse after excuse, and they charged me $100 for installation when it was supposed to be free. Customer service repeatedly told me not to pay, they would fix, until a few months later when they refused to comp the install. Meanwhile, I never got above 50mbps download speed. I have dealt with ATT on and off over the years since 2001, and mostly because I would end up in an area where there were not choices for Xfinity or Comcast (far superior company), ATT has and always will be terrible. I give NuLink a 5-star rating because, for the first time in 3 years, I have exactly what I expected, 100mbps wifi, for only $29/mo. Everything Barbara promised (latest equipment, modem & router, with a booster for upstairs) was exactly as advertised. The best internet/wireless service, speeds, and price I've had in years! After one year, not one issue has arisen!”
