“Contacted NetMOVE to move some furniture including a large heavy awkward desk and a credenza from a storage unit to the house we are moving to about 40 minutes away. From my initial conversation with Baylee to the movers I met today, everyone has been fantastic! They were able to accommodate meeting me this morning (a Sunday!!) and got it all done in a couple hours. The movers were amazing. They called when they were on the way and were right on time. They were very careful with the furniture and were great about putting it where it needed to go. They also were reasonably priced. We will need some additional moving help in the months to come and definitely plan on using NetMOVE for that as well. Thank you for making this a painless experience!!”
“Judy was awesome. Very helpful. Help set up the storage area here. I ended up breaking my key inside of my lock and she was so helpful helping me get a new one with a new key as well so I can make sure my unit is locked up. 10/10 Judy is great”

“Moving can be such an emotional process and when I came in today to get quotes on a storage for my move, Eric was very informative, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me determine a good sizing for my items and even though a particular unit was not available at that time for my size...he said he would call me directly when it was available. And he called me a short time later and I told him I'd be more comfortable coming back into the office as I'm not too computer savvy and he said that was fine and he walked me through the process in the store! It really made me feel comfortable. I am happy that I popped in instead of doing everything online. Thank you!”

“I used this facility for a few months in between homes. Thr facility was safe, clean and well taken care of. Never had any issues. Judy worked with me during my move out which was during a snow storm- highly recommend storing here!”
“Service has been great. The only issue I have is my 5x5 unit has a pillar in the middle that is affecting useable space. I’m on a waitlist to move to another unit but it doesn’t guarantee that I will receive one. I would love an alternative option that does not result in an increase in costs.”

“I just moved from Savannah Georgia to Foley Alabama last week. Prime Relocations handled by move and I could not have been more pleased my circumstances during this move and before for horrendous I had just had breast cancer surgery and lost my husband all in the space of six months I talked with Miss iRS on the phone and she booked my mom move my Packers were absolutely fantastic they never missed a step they were wonderful about packing my antiques my cut glass all of the things that were important to me that I had from this home that I have been in for over 30 years. They move move me on Thursday and delivered my household goods on Saturday in Foley Alabama. The unload was great not anything was broken no boxes were missing everything was taken care of I adopted everyone of those Packers and movers they became like my sons to me miss Iris was wonderful she called all through the move to check on me to make sure that everything was going OK she even called me the day after to make sure that I was all right I will highly highly recommend them to anyone sometimes you have to be nice to get nice and they were wonderful thanks again for taking care of everything for me especially in such a trying time I loveAll of you signed Gloria Schneider”

“A five star experience for sure! Alexis helped us out with getting our rental and she was the friendliest U-Haul person we have ever come in contact with! She was clear about all the charges. She greeted us with a smile and wished us good luck with our move. It was a smooth process and we appreciated the stellar customer service. Deanna was another friendly attendant there. We spoke with her as well and she was so nice! We had a lovely conversation with both of them about our move and what we do for work. Johnny helped us load our car onto the car transport trailer and answered all the questions we had. I don't understand all of the negative reviews because we had such a wonderful experience! I would return to this location again in the future!”
“I believe the guys name was von. Anyway we had been sent from rental place to rental place for a car dolly told everyone from the main 1800 number had them( they did NOT). Was in GA and the main number was sending us back to Alabama to a U- haul place. Von didn’t have one but looked it up fixed our reservation and gave us directions to the one that did. BIG thank you to him for going above and beyond to help us out. Ended vacation different than we wanted to but headed home now with car in tow. Von you need a raise thanks man”
