“Zach was phenomenal! I had issues with two other enterprise locations, and Zach was a saving grace. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the best vehicle. I rent from Enterprise a lot as I am a platinum member, and Zach made sure that I had a great experience. Even though he was the only team member working the whole store, he did not stop short of delivering the best experience there is. I will visit this location every time I need a vehicle from now on. “By far the best branch of Enterprise I've been to get. I rented a 3/4 ton truck for a weekend. There was a slight issue with the truck after I was already out of town with it, but Brooke was amazing and got me back on the road with a truck swap out in about 1 hr! Definitely will rent from here again!”
“Reserved the vehicle, checked in online, picking up the vehicle was only a 10 minute wait. They did offer a smaller class vehicle to avoid the 10 minute wait, but I passed. Everyone was so nice and friendly! The vehicle could've been cleaner: exterior looked like highway driving debris, inside windshield had a foggy residue that impaired night vision and early morning driving.”

“We asked for a specific car and they delivered! Even had it ready the morning of, although our reservation was for later in the evening. It needed maintenance, so we kept getting the notification on the dash, but it wasn't anything that affected our trip. Drop off was a breeze and the guys we amazing.”
