“When I moved to downtown Hoschton nearly 5 yrs ago I stopped by Cozy’s on my way down to the big box furniture stores near the mall. I’m happy to say that I actually found everything that I needed at Cozy’s and was able to go right back home! Their selection is amazing! I furnished my entire living room, breakfast nook, and bar area! I am getting ready to make another move now and stopped by Cozy’s again today. Still the same friendly and helpful owners and an amazing selection along with great quality and prices. I think I’m going to purchase all of my furniture with them again even though I will have to move it to TN! Oh, and I’m buying new furniture only because the people purchasing my house requested that I leave my original furniture from Cozy’s with the house.”

“I just received my Pengrove 54” round dining table this morning and it is everything I had hoped it would be. Very sturdy construction and is beautiful. The mango wood is impressive and looks like a far more expensive table. I was also very pleased with the meticulous packing and no damage at all. “What a WOW! experience we reciently had at this store. Long story short, it is alway a pleasue to shop here, but the assistant manager, "David", who we had just met blew us away with his handling of our purchase of a new outdoor deck furniture set. I can only wish that the CEO of the company had been watching. From the moment we met, his overall attitude, style and professionalism were outstanding. On the drive home my wife and I tried to recall a better shopping experience and could not. It reminded us of the Lexus tag line "Experience Amazing". Although our new deck furniture cost tens of thousands less than a new Lexus lol, the experience was met with the same respect for the needs of the customer and the feeling of quality. HomeGoods is one of our most favorite and valued stores and we only wish to make it even better by calling out this latest experience. I retired years ago from 36 years of wonderful service with the worlds largest manufacturer of consumer products and if I know anything, it is this- When outstanding people doing outstanding work are rewarded, outstanding things happen for us all. Keep up the great work HomeGoods and take a long, hard look at "David" Mr. CEO, he is made of the stuff of retail legend and my sincere thanks again David, I hope I have not embarrassed you sir, but I just had to give you the recognition you so richly deserve.”

“Definitely the best Target location in the area. Most other Targets have gone through remodels that have left them looking on par with or worse than Walmart. This one has held up and this makes it the nicest one, in my opinion. All of the cashiers and customer service employees are super friendly but some of the stockers have been slightly rude and shove-y in the past which takes my rating from a 5 to a 4. Overall, one of my favorite stores to shop at and definitely my favorite Target location.”

“This Aaron's has provided the best customer service, since the first time I needed a washer and dryer, I was young and moved out to live on my own. The proper items needed for my home are essential. I've had a lease to own, on several occasions, and recently I needed a mattress for my daughter, the representative via phone was able to help me by phone and offered delivery, payment setup, and a flexible option. He was well-knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were respectful and on time. I believe customer service is everything and that business will have my business and support. I have recommended several of my friends. I have also purchased electrical devices, for personal or work-related.”
“BE MORE LIKE PABLO! I buy La-z-boy because the brand has always been very durable. I will spend a little extra for higher quality products. The lift recliner I bought just under a year ago has been a great investment for me due to back issues which ultimately led to surgery, plus mobility issues due to a chronic illness.One part of my fully motorized chair stopped working so I had to schedule in home service. Pablo, who just left after fixing my headrest was awesome. First, through no fault of his own because the repair order he received was missing relevant detail, didn't have the part my chair needed so he made a quick trip back to the warehouse to grab it and bring it back to finish the repair. That never happens IRL, so just that one thing deserves 5 stars! But, wait there's more.Pablo made the repair then looked for the root cause, wire was caught somewhere causing it be severed. One strategically placed zip tie means I don't have to worry about it again. He then addressed other concerns and provided preventative maintenance for them, including the loose screw he tightened. This may have caused much larger issues in the future. We will never know, because Pablo fixed it before it could.Pablo deserves a raise. He earned it today and probably every day. Thank you, Pablo.”
