My wife and I were in the process of decorating a new home and ran into some issues with our decorator (not Bassett) that left us with problems involving not only the design process, but taking delivery of furniture and logistics. We parted ways with that decorator and reached out to Bassett for help. Karen (manager) at Bassett put us in touch with Hannah and all of our problems from there went away! “BE MORE LIKE PABLO! I buy La-z-boy because the brand has always been very durable. I will spend a little extra for higher quality products. The lift recliner I bought just under a year ago has been a great investment for me due to back issues which ultimately led to surgery, plus mobility issues due to a chronic illness.One part of my fully motorized chair stopped working so I had to schedule in home service. Pablo, who just left after fixing my headrest was awesome. First, through no fault of his own because the repair order he received was missing relevant detail, didn't have the part my chair needed so he made a quick trip back to the warehouse to grab it and bring it back to finish the repair. That never happens IRL, so just that one thing deserves 5 stars! But, wait there's more.Pablo made the repair then looked for the root cause, wire was caught somewhere causing it be severed. One strategically placed zip tie means I don't have to worry about it again. He then addressed other concerns and provided preventative maintenance for them, including the loose screw he tightened. This may have caused much larger issues in the future. We will never know, because Pablo fixed it before it could.Pablo deserves a raise. He earned it today and probably every day. Thank you, Pablo.”

The store is beautifully laid out, clean, organized and feels like walking through a dream home. I went in looking for new bedding and ended up finding the perfect coastal-inspired throw pillows, a gorgeous area rug, and some elegant tableware that completely elevated my dining room. Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
