“I purchased an e-foil manufactured by Fliteboard from a private party. It was still under warranty and I had an issue with it right away. I called OneWake because they are a Flitebiard dealer. I spoke with Justin Luke and knew right away that I was in good hands.
Justin listened to my issue and told me to hang tight while he called the factory. He put me on hold and shortly thereafter we were able to troubleshoot the condition and determine that it needed to be brought in for service.
OneWake is almost 2 hours away from where I live but the whole experience, over an extended period of time, made me aware of the value of too-notch customer service and support. Justin is amazing. He worked with FliteBoard and advocated for me, helping facilitate a warranty replacement for the drivetrain.
Justin kept me informed and went WAY out of his way for me throughout the whole process. This is a guy who understands what true customer service looks like. He bent over backwards for me and I cannot express how thankful I am for all he did to help. I’m back on the water again and loving the Flitebiard.

“Great experience, while I was browsing the shoe section an Employee ( I think his name was Thomas ) greeted me with a smile, and asked me if I was finding everything alright/ if I needed any help. Curious if they had my size but unsure which box had what colors, explained some of the color indicating codes on the boxes and helped me find my size. Might not sound like a big deal, but his Great Customer Service is why I will be returning.”
