“This was my first time getting a full foot scan. I went in earlier this month on a Monday to look for running shoes and had a lot of questions. The young lady who helped me (I think her name was Hailey...?) was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I had told her I bought a pair around the end of the new year that hurt my feet. And she helped guide me towards a better fit. So far I am happy. Feet Fleet even allows you a 30 day period to try out the shoes and honored the ATL Track Club discount so that was a great bonus. I recommend going to this Decatur location.”

“Awesome experience as a first timer at the BPRC in Decatur——— My husband, who had shopped with them before, suggested that I go in to be fitted for a new pair of walking shoes, and I am so happy he did. I forget the young man’s name who assisted me, but he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and kept changing my mind on which shoe to get. The other sales clerks were nice and helpful as well. After all was said and done, they helped me make an excellent choice, and I was more than pleased with my purchase. “I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Champs store in South DeKalb Mall! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch.
Kam was extremely friendly and down to earth. He laughed with us and helped me convince my mom to pick out a specific shoe. He checked on us throughout our visit to make sure we were okay, which made the experience feel really genuine. My mom, who is older, likes to try on both shoes and walk in them before deciding, and even though the store typically allows only one shoe at a time, Quan kindly made an exception for her. That small act of understanding really made her comfortable.

Quan also checked us out at the register and went above and beyond. He let me add a last-minute purchase while he was ringing us up and even went to the back to grab it himself. On top of that, he took the time to check my FLX Rewards (something no one has ever done for me before), and I was able to use my rewards toward our purchase.

Because of Kam and Quan’s excellent service, my mom, my daughter, and I had such a pleasant shopping trip. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Decatur—where it’s greater! ?”
