“My experience was great yesterday, I went in not happy about my service at ATT and I walked out with a solution. I ended up getting a phone right away with major discounts. The Rep was awesome. I can not remember his name. He explained every discount and how to use them and also he explained well the transfer process for the other lines I have. Metro is was cheaper that ATT and give the same service. This location was not packed. I was in and out.”

“I went in for my annual upgrade. They actually had the phone in stock, unlike the other locations. Service was quick and friendly. They both made friendly conversation while everything was being set up. Which is better than most of the locations here where it's just awkward silence which makes the wait seem longer. They also offer name brand Bluetooth accessories, and not those cheap ones that I've seen at the other locations. 5/5 in my book”
