What truly stood out was her professionalism and ability to multitask. Even while assisting multiple customers at once, she remained calm, focused, and attentive. It was clear she has strong management and leadership skills and could easily run a store. She works extremely well under pressure, stays organized, and provides top-tier customer service without missing a beat.

“Karina aka Rina provided excellent, extra ordinary, supportive customer service. Rina stayed on the telephone for over an hour talking to various telephone customer representatives at T Mobile trying to get me a refund. When a telephone customer representative at T Mobile did not understand what Rina was saying, even though Rina repeated herself several times, I witnessed Rina being calm and respectful to that T Mobile telephone customer representative. In fact, Rina was that way during the whole time with other T Mobile telephone customer service representatives. In addition to that, she was so supportive of me, helping me with this horrible situation I have experienced for 3 months with T Mobile telephone customer representatives.I personally returned to the store to let Rina know that all that she had done to ensure I received the correct amount for my refund, T Mobile still sent me the wrong refund amount. I also thanked Rina and I am sending this review to thank you Rina for your support and excellent customer service in this horrible situation. Rina you are an example of good customer service and I appreciate you so much.
I recommend Karina for an increase in her salary and a promotion.

“I had an issue with a phone that was outdated. I had a family member to purchase me a new phone from one location of cricket on one side of town. However due to a disability I have with my eyesight I was unable to complete the process of transferring one phone to the next. The fact that I do have this disability I rely on Uber or someone taking me from place to place which is costly. I went into the store on highway 20 and a young lady Brittany was there to assist me she was super sweet very open and honest about what was going on with my phone is super helpful. Due to the new system that is in the cricket system that they were having to use she called for help with her supervisor Miss Jolene unfortunately the only thing negatively that I can say is I pay one fee when the phone was purchased for the setup and then I had to pay that same fee the very next day for them to do it for me. Although it had already been paid to the place where I purchased the phone. It was explained to me that I would need to have gone back to that store in order to not have been charged that other money.I think that is something that should be looked at within the cricket system because if she was able to pull up to see that I have purchased just a previous day, then it should have been honored that setup fee so I ended up having to pay that fee twice in just 2 days”

“Jimmy is amazing! I ordered a radio for my car and the wiring wasn’t compatible. Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. The price was great and he was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and Jimmy!”
