On the next day, Anton was also helpful to help my phone with completing the transfer (clarifying info) over to my new phone after my phone was locked. “Awesome experience. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind. Needed to port mom’s number over from AT&T, long story short AT&T very unhelpful, was charging her $170 for a flip phone and ended up not giving us the correct port number, Verizon guy was like ‘let me help you out’ he pulled some magic and bam $170 became about $10 a month + the cost of a new flip phone (hers was too old to do anything with, no fault of theirs) and he somehow got the number to port over. I wish I was good with names, I’d request that gentleman again.”
“I took my son’s IPad in for stuck volume up and power button (not his fault). I was given an outstanding price for service and a new screen protector. The store is extremely clean, quiet, and has a superb professional environment. The two technicians have above and beyond customer service skills. They are not pushy on up sales and etc. Just good old get you in and out customer service.”
“The store manager was so patient and kind to me and my elderly parents. We had to switch out 2 old phones and they had several questions about phones and setup etc and he was wonderful. He did the setup for them and helped them find the better deal without trying to sell us on all these features they didn’t need on a phone. We didn’t feel rushed or that we were holding him up. He was super nice. Wait times I know get long at these stores and it helps if you make an appointment before you go.”
