The store is extremely clean, quiet, and has a superb professional environment. The two technicians have above and beyond customer service skills. They are not pushy on up sales and etc. Just good old get you in and out customer service.”

“This is the best Verizon I have ever been to. I went to this location because of a SIM card failure, after camp creek location tried to get me for $50 dollars (not on this glorious day). Anyway the two young ladies Lala and Alaina(sorry girl if I spelled your name wrong) but they was so patient with me and did everything in their power to help me and I am so thankful. You two make a great team. They both need promotions just give them their own store because they were really great. No one else could help not even customer service but they could so they did thanks ladies. They said their manager was Jared so Jared you have a good two they are doing great.”

“I was traveling and I had left my phone in an Uber. When I arrived to Atlanta, my friend gave me an extra phone he had but I had to get a new SIM card with my number transferred to it. He took me to the PTC store. The manager and another employee went out of their way to assist me with the transfer. (Keep in mind it wasn’t easy,since my original phone was on a security lock and the SIM had to be verified before issuing a new one. Lots of technical stuff to work through) They went above and beyond not just because it was their job to assist, but they truly and genuinely wanted to help me. TJ, the manager, even stayed an hour after his shift until it was sorted out. I was relieved and they saved me so much stress and inconvenience! I apologize that I’ve since forgotten the other associate’s name, but I fully intend on updating this review once I find out what her name is.”

“I purchased an 8 feature set up for our doggie daycare and boarding facility. Although this was expensive, it was the single best investment that we made. The dogs love it, the people love, the staff loves it. It performs perfectly. The software is super easy to use to program it to do what you want it to do. The ability to control the amount of water is cool. It is all fresh water, no chemicals and no filters. I would highly suggest that if you are getting into this business that you make this investment, just don't do it if you are near pittsburgh as I want to be the only one. Come by anytime and see it. If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would”

“If I could leave more stars I would. Dealing with Verizon can be challenging, frustrating and all over a pain. I have spent 4 days and over 12 hours trying to get a line transferred from one account to another and a new phone for that line. I have been given the run around told so many things and lies empty promises. Told the agents would call me back and they didn’t, told my account was upgraded to the new plan and wasn’t. So when I came in Britt took care of me. He got me set up the right way. Knew exactly what to do. Believed me when I told him I was promised something even though there was nothing he could do to fulfill the false promise he found a even better solution. If you want an honest patient person to help you with all your Verizon and phone needs Britt is your man. He deserves 10 stars in my book and need a huge raise. Thank you Britt for all you did for me.”

“PeachTree City Target has a wide variety of products. This store is organized, although their presentation can be a lot better. Many of their employees don't look happy, although I had some pleasurable experiences while shopping and checking out.”
