“Wife of the profile . I just moved here from Michigan I have been by the store a few time never went in until yesterday I was pleasantly surprised I found a few things . Not one person said hi when I walked in , not one person acknowledged me the whole time I was there. I’m guessing I was there over a half hour maybe longer. The two sales girls were too busy talking about some Disney show with each other i’m guessing they have no idea how to work in retail! Nevertheless, I’m glad I went in because I found two cute things I will be back.”

“I went to Loft last weekend, and I must say Deja, Kizzy, and Kelly were absolutely AMAZING!!! We stopped in kind of late, and they were so attentive, kind, and welcoming!! I tried on at least 10 items and even tried things on more than once and they continued to be kind and accommodating! It’s not often you get great service like that, so I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great work ladies. I will definitely be shopping here again! I loved all my items!”

Isaiah helped me find exactly what I needed, checked for any additional discounts I could get, and even shipped my old back back to me. The other two gentlemen working in the store also took a moment to ensure I had a great customer experience. If you are in ATL and have time to swing by to visit on Concourse D, I highly advise it. The customer service on this level is rare in today's world.”
