“Well, I had gone shopping at a Hibbett store and tried on a pair of AF1. I went home and ordered the sneakers, went back in to pick them up. The cashier said; sir, City Gear is across the street. Ok, the website said Hibbett in Union City Ga. Hibbett, I’d prefer shopping at the original store I went in because the original Hibbett store across the street from City Gear wasn’t as cluttered as City Gear. Sorry, I will go back to the original Hibbett store for shopping. ??”

Isaiah helped me find exactly what I needed, checked for any additional discounts I could get, and even shipped my old back back to me. The other two gentlemen working in the store also took a moment to ensure I had a great customer experience. If you are in ATL and have time to swing by to visit on Concourse D, I highly advise it. The customer service on this level is rare in today's world.”

He checked with me twice to see if I needed help and when I was looking for another store to go to, he told me he could order a shoe for me and ship to my house. His customer service was GREAT... he helped me get my shoe ordered and not have to go elsewhere... All stores need a Jeffery... I will def be shopping here again.”

“I like the fact that it's very convenient to the Marta station at 5 points. The store was very clean, quiet and organized. I did not get the young man's name who service us with the help which was needed to exchange shoe size. His work ethics was great.”
