“I will start by saying that I arrived late, as they were closing. That is my fault as I was told by a friend that they closed at 6. My fault. I was able to grab a few clothing items. When I got home I went through them and out of the 5 items 1 had a hole on the arm and 2 white items had brown spots on them. I take the blame on coming at closing however I would like to purchase items that have been looked over by staff. I do like the store as I have visited it before. Just make sure you thoroughly look at the items. I will go back!”

“I recently visited this store to see what they had to offer after being away for some time. Unfortunately, I found the shoes, even the clearance items, to be significantly overpriced. Despite this, I was able to find a suitable pair of black high-top sneakers and took advantage of a BOGO deal to purchase a second pair. The cashier was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products I purchased, and her customer service was exceptional, welcoming every customer with a warm greeting. Overall, the customer service experience was old-fashioned and wonderful.”

“Stopped here for the first time to do some back-to-school shopping. The store has some unique pieces, to mix in with the standards. Prices were where I expected them to be, this type of store won't be cheap. Sneaker sizes 11 and above were hard to find. We intended to buy 2 and only ended up with 1 cuz the sizes were limited. Customer service was spot on and I appreciate that because so many times its lacking, so shout out to the floor staff and young lady at the register.”

I didn't experience any upselling on Dwight's behalf as I kept him busy with the potentials & etc. The prices are not as expensive as I previously thought years ago. Anyone's budget could benefit from J&M that also offers other accessories, leather goods & luggage. After 30 minutes I opted for a Gift Card. “If you're in College Park in the Old National Hwy area and need to drop off an Amazon package and your Google maps takes you to a shopping plaza and tells you, you have arrived, you probably have. I drove around the entire shopping plaza twice trying to locate this UPS store and couldn't find it, then I look up and see the smaller store sign under Ace hardware. Yup, that is right, this UPS store is located inside of Ace hardware. When I went in there was no wait and I was greeted by a kind young man, he was on the phone and ended the call to help me. He was also patient as I pulled up each barcode on my phone, I had a total of 3 packages to return.”
